Thanks, nice find for multi-purpose single machine. Being 220-volt is one negative as is no stop-n-start on that model. Good to know they are now offering the newer version. I could really appreciate the adjustable pressure, would get rid of my gas unit to have a single machine in my garage. Thanks for doing a video.

yes i just can not justify having two pressure washers taking up my space to do different tasks and spending over 1200 for a machine to wash cars to me just makes no sense which is why I was on the quest to find a better solution that works for my needs, one machine can do it all which is why I am showing this machine to you guys. After using this new machine I would never ever go back to any gas pressure washer for the fumes, PITA to start and the issue of always running out of gas in the middle of a cleaning project at the house.

I have the exact same unit for 10 years now ,one thing I learned is after your done with the unit for the year is to run power washer lubricant through the pump so the disc valves don’t stick. If the unit makes a loud rod (engine) knocking noise, that’s the problem and you just need to take the pump apart to unstick the disc being careful not to lose the springs.

because auto detailing everyone follows trends and brands. How many Ryobi reviews do we need every time they update the ugly green plastic cladding on the same universal motor and pump the previous 20 models? 🤣🤣

  • @MikeMJCW
    @MikeMJCW 8 วันที่ผ่านมา

FYI: Carolina County Motors (can't post the link) tested this (or similar) unit with a 5.0 nozzle, and they got 2.8 GPM at 1100 psi. It would be great if you did a review to confirm.
The two "main" TH-cam reviewers don't review any 220V unit's. One retailer uses dual 120V setups (shelf mounted) as they can get 4.0 gpm. As you noted, that's not great for anything other than Auto detailing.
    Keep up the great work!!

Good price point on those Northern electric pressure washers. For the price of a mid-grade gas pressure washer with an axial pump, you can have a kick-ass electric unit with a triplex pump.
The jump to 200V gives you a lot more choice on the motor side. Those reels make for quick deployment and cleanup too, worth the extra bucks for sure.

Just now finding this video thank you so much been looking for a very long time for a pressure washer that can do everything
I've almost bought one of the expensive krenzlers a few times I watch all the obsessed garage videos and all the other pressure washer channels but they're all washing cars
I want to permanently mount a unit in my garage I have an electrical panel so it can be whatever voltage and amperage it needs to be It can be as loud as it needs to be and I'm going to pipe it to the four corners of my house underneath the house so that I can plug in a pressure washer anywhere I need whole house pressure washer! And it looks like this might be a contender or I was just going to build one from scratch

question, so I just got a green works pro pressure washer, is there a proper way to turn off an electronic pressure washer and can you mess it up if you don’t turn it off properly? Like do you have to drain excess water before turning an electronic pressure washer off? My first time getting it I ran it, turned off water supply took water supply out and didn’t spray any extra water out I just took the hose connecting to the stick, and the washer itself off after I turned water supply off. Hoping I didn’t just didn’t mess up a brand new pressure washer.

Please get back to me I detail cars right on the driveway & I do about 50-80 cars a season will it die on me in 3 months? Also when you stop water running you can only keep it stop for no more than a minute to keep pump from burning?

Got it from a place up here in Toronto. Used it all summer and I rly love it. It’s not loud and makes really good foam. One thing though. I like this set up its dope! jfyi just in case... the pumps pressure are rated on the pump head not on the output and i'm not sure on how u adjusted the psi because theres table for each pump on how much pressure u need to add or deduct if your calibrating on the output and not the head of the pump itself.

I got nervous when his fingers were so close the that 240v outlet. 😬 I got shocked by one cleaning as a kid helping my dad flip a house. ⚡ That hurts like a mother btw and apparently can kill you? 🤷

definitely not the most powerful electric pressure washer. There are a lot of 3 phase machines much more powerful than that one. Kranzle also has very powerful machines, could be not available in US, just Germany.

you will not find a more powerful electric machine even close to this price bracket. there are machines that cost 2-3 times more and do not have this GPM and PSI

the Kranzle are good machines but not good for guys who do real work. Also the North Star stuff they do not jobber or wholesale so that may be why he may say that since he is in the business of selling machines versus me not selling equipment. My goal was always to have one kick ass machine for everything and i finally found it and had to share on the channel for you guys. Stay tuned for the On demand video maybe next week of the darn rain stops.

@@autofanaticcars Totally agree. I just thought it was funny that he thinks they are junk. I couldn't run my detailing business with a 1500 psi pressure washer. Lifted trucks, mats you name it I need power. Never could have too much IMO. How do you like the new unit? Get mine on Tuesday.

Not the most powerful, Canpump 7.5HP/10HP and beyond with AR pumps are way more powerful, 4-4.5 GPM at 150-200 bar, all electric.
