I have managed 76 years without one of these in my life... why is it that, all of a sudden, I feel that I must have been missing out on something important?! 🥴 As always, just stunning! Thank you. You are all in our hearts.
Of course it's something important - it's a mechanical PAC Man! 😅 If only it could gobble up all forces of evil and war from this world... Slava Ukraine ✌🏿
My grandfather was a tool and die maker, but went into woodworking. You seem to have mastered both. I think this is my favorite of your videos. Like watching someone craft a fine watch. A true joy to see what you do.
Nice to see you safe and creating your brilliant content. I hope your family is safe and well. I see there is a previous video I missed to watch, as well. Thank you and I wish you continued safety and well-being.
All I can say is WOW. Excellent work. I had a friend that sadly passed last year, that would have loved this. Your attention to detail is incredible. Well done.
So happy to see you again! And good to see you still going strong in this tragical situation. As allways your product are both really good looking, and very cleverly designed. Looking forward to next time you upload a video.
I don't know how many of these you made to sell, but you should make more. This is AMAZING!! Also, would LOVE to see you add your little brass hammer to your store as well. Thanks for sharing your talents with the world!
Beautiful tool. It reminds me of the stuff Bridge City tools makes. You might want to remake the part with the ball bearing detents in it out of hardenable steel for longevity.
Very interesting tool & very well made ! I do not understand it completely, but I am a common woodworker so there are many things I am blessed with not having to know :-) But I know what is important, don't worry! I will tell you something more: When this terrible war is over, I think Ukraina has everything it needs for a great future. Might sound like a strange thing to say, but I believe it is true. I think Ukraina will grow to become one of the great nations in Europa. He who lives will see :-) Best wishes from a Norwegian woodworker!
most beautiful. I bought a large Instankoservis cnc because I saw you have one. Andre in Odesa said don't cut metal on it, but I do. What do you think? very best wishes, Paul McNulty
Another Great tool/invention from Ukraine! I have (and Love) my 'Rig Expert' Antenna analyzing tool. It is the best thing for setting up antennas and radio equipment. There isn't anything like it (accept Chinese knock-off copies, that are junk) on the market, made by anyone, anywhere! Nice video and work. Ya'll Take Care and be safe, Slava Ukraine, John
Your skills as a machinist are impressive, outstanding and impecable, my most expressive thanks for sharing your unbelievable video with us, blessings to you and your family, from the endless summer paradise Puerto Rico Jesus Torres.
Dude that is just snazzy. I was going to pick on you and say Chris from Clickspring could make that with a hand drill and a file, but I won't cause I really like your stuff. Stay safe
Tu est incroyable et impressionnant et d'une précision ? ! , vraiment du travail D'orfèvre ! , c'est vraiment beau 👍! bravo et merci pour le partage ! .
Dear Mirock, Great to see more exquisite work despite the difficult situation your country faces. Our thoughts are with you & your country men; may Ukraine remain free & independent from Russian hoodlums. Kind regards.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. One suggestion: and I've been a professional chef knifemaker, and other things 🙂): I immediately thought that using *blued-steel* machine screws would look beautiful, like a "Swiss watch". (And that made me think of using "jeweling".... but that's maybe going too far. :-) BEAUTIFUL tool. Slave Ukraini!
Outstanding quality will work well, making Bamboo fishing poles check planning 57&60 degree tapers. Let me know when you can take orders. You and your family stay safe.
A vernier scale would seem to be appropriate for this instrument, making it so much easier to resolve an additional order of magnitude over the basic scale. Can you say why you decided not to include a vernier element?
it isnt needed, it is not high accuracy measuring tool, rather souvenir and it works like universal template to choose any angle with step 5 degree and check is it corresponded or not. it is like fast check tool
Nice.... My only question is, why that style of ball detent? Seems like a good place to collect debris. Why not an enclosed separate unit? When I say separate I mean something like the detents built into a set screw. This would stop any debris getting around the ball and seal the hole up as well. Used some on a dive watch to get rid of the terrible lever springs under the bezel. Had a habit of turning it when not diving so it failed often.
Looks like it’s so small that it wouldn’t be effective at measuring angles in less that about 5 degree increments. . I could hear a clicking sound that indicated to me that there were indent “stops” likely at those fixed increments. Of course if this instrument is for a specific use such as chisel angles, it should be fine for that. Very nice details and precision looking operation. Thanks for sharing.
Would be cool to have a place to hook a keychain above the 105 or 90 that also looks like a eyeball influenced by Pac-Man. Often this stuff is collected but some people might like it to be connected to them. Anyways a small leather pouch that slips onto a belt would be nice.
Impressive and outstanding work of art, CONGRATULATIONS, you are amazing, very neat indeed, where can I buy one of those, most kind of you for sharing it with us, blessings to you and your love ones, from the endless summer paradise Puerto Rico Jesus Torres.

Exactly!
bullshit...
75 years of your ignorance ?? this shows exactly the state of your education ...

Gotta love the idea of whipping out an angle grinder in the middle of a precision machining job.
Beautiful tool. It reminds me of the stuff Bridge City tools makes. You might want to remake the part with the ball bearing detents in it out of hardenable steel for longevity.

C'è il nuovo video di Mirock? Metto mi piace ancora prima di vederlo. Questo è un oggetto a metà strada fra un gioiello e un orologio, bellissimo.

You make some very, VERY fine things. On par with Clickspring.

Beautiful work as always. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week 😎
Superb craftsmanship, but show us how the dang thing works too please….
