    I’ve been practicing hook grip for the last two months, I noticed yesterday my grip was a bit weaker I’ll have to put a grip strengthened in cheers.

    Hey glenn, I noticed in ur road to 700lbs series that when you do leg press you kind of bounce it off the stoppers. Why is that?

      Hi, thanks for the question. As I was peaking for the 700lb I was pushing the assistance too so with the leg press it was as much weight as possible by any means necessary. With some assistance I was using a bit of body English too. I don't usually do this but when peaking it's acceptable.
