Thank you, I did these with my wifes 5kg kettlebell and they helped a ton with my desktop-stiff neck and shoulders. I'm getting a larger kettlebell because the 5kg isn't really enough to make me feel the stretch where that is part of the exercise, what size would you recommend for this? I'm a 185cm, 80kg man.
Something Im trying is a lunchtime shoulder workout based around arm bars, waiter carries, suitcase carries,hangs, I had been doing arm bars and noticed that I progressed the weight I could support. I dont see anyone doing these exercises in the gym. Hoping to see if it gives me a good base for doing other exercises , should also be good for injury prevention

Just experiment with different weight, everyone is different! can always do a workout in the Walmart isle to see how heavier weight goes😂
