Is it normal for the forearm to hurt when I am shoulder pressing? (Where the kettlebell rests during the excersice). Love the content!
For the hang snatch w/rotation, should you use a lighter weight than you typically would for a snatch?
Definitely start light, and generally even when you get the movement down pat, you'll be using a lighter weight than a hang snatch.
