    I agree with the coach approach. It has worked for me. Also, no yelling, no spanking. I give him a hug, be there for him-having his back. Probably the most important thing is having joy in your own life. It is hard with pressures. But they pick it up.

    Some great tips! Be present dads! If you're putting in the effort, you're going to be awesome! Our 5 core principles are 1. Take care of yourself 2. Spend quality time with your kid 3. Be a role model 4. Build trust 5. Be in the right community

    Cool tool to reorient fathers to be successful.
    For me the character section and communication section are huge! Fathers who do the right thing in front of their kids, demonstrate humility and responsibility, love on mom, etc, are living lighthouses for their kids.
    My favorite thing to do with my 4 month old son is hold him over my head and play with him till he is laughing. That connection is priceless.
