I absolutely love love love the way Angelina Jordan sings this song, she did this song at a piano in a park and sounded mind blowing beyond beautiful, she is just fabulous, beyond fabulous ❤️🔥 and a fan put together a duet of Angelina Jordan and Chris Stapleton singing "Tennessee Whiskey" that was beyond awesome 💥🤯💥 Angelina Jordan can sing anything and make it hers, she has a way with her singing that makes you feel like iam home 🙏 i will love her unconditionally until i die, a forever fan, i smile brightly 🌞

Nah, no way is this better than her at the Nobel Peace Prize event. It is more technically impressive and just as perfect. But when she sings slow and soft she does that special moving us thing that very few can. But those need to be listened to, reactions, stopping, talking, it's not for those as much. Not that reactors can do anything about that. So it's a matter of taste mostly, but I like having both for different reasons, they help heighten each other to me. All her versatility does that really.
As we should all know, Angelina can sing anything, any style, any genre anytime. Music is in every cell of her body, the skill she possess is beyond that of anyone.
To bad this performance was during this stupid show. No one was paying attention to the models anyway.

@@dsgp7835 Yeah it was, but the audio being cellphone shot isn't nearly as good as this unfortunately. So you are right it's unfortunately that we never got full access to all 3 songs at gntm really. But we got a lot more than nothing at least. Was still a darn fine gift to us Angels that Heidi didn't have to help with.
We all know that Angelina is so gifted she sings everything. We all can have different opinions of what is best based upon musical taste. But at the end of the day it is always a sliding scale to pick best. Hardly worth the argument. I have my emotional favorites. My technical favorites. My live favorites. My one instrument favorites. My band favorites. Etc. I like thus one better...no wait, it's this one. No that one... Occasionally, it is magic in a bottle....no wait, it is often magic... It's Magic is the name of her album. Too true. She is just magic.

He actually has reacted to her performance of this song at that concert on his MrLBoyd Reacts channel. No idea if that channel still exists, however, since I know he's had trouble with TH-cam.
Her style is 40's/50's jazz with an occasional foray into 60's soul and she carries herself in the manner of the classy performers from that period with no need for dramatic vocal showing off or the oversexualised costumes and antics of many modern performers. No matter what genre she covers she converts the song into jazz/soul and makes it sound like the song was always meant to be that way, whilst bringing out the meaning and emotion in the original song that is sometimes lost in the more commercial originals..
This naturally will sometimes cause a backlash as there will be people that prefer rock to be rock, pop to be pop and want a cover song that copies the original as closely as possible, or just dislike jazz and prefer modern sanitised auto-tune pop. Fortunately she seems to have a good idea of where she wants to go with her music and good people backing her up.

The performance you're watching always seems to be the best :-) This one is really good, the one from the Nobel peace price as well. Her EP 'Old Enough' and her single 'Our Time' are incredibly as well, just as her Christmas EP 'Driving home drive for Christmas'. Angelina is amazing any time :-)

Happy New Year, my friend! Seeing you react to Angelina always makes my day. It has never failed. I somehow get the best from two worlds. ANYHOW.. Angelina did another performance on the same show, and it was her performance of Amy Winehouse's "Valerie". That performance is 100% uninterrupted, and I look at the performance as one of her very best. And I have been following her since she was 7, so I have heard everything she has ever done. Hi Mr. Boyd, th-cam.com/video/BwR1rzGGrOg/w-d-xo.html is the link to her performance at Kurbadhagen, Norway two summers ago of Love on the Brain. which I recorded from the second row under the stage. However, although a very strong performance, the one here at Germany's Top Models in my opinion is so much better perhaps reflecting her enormous growth in the last two years. If you listen to her two performances at Germany's Top Model (Love on the Brain and Valerie) and the Asian Talent Awards dinner last year where she sang Bohemian Rhapsody and I have Nothing, you hear some of her best performances to date. I agree that these particular performances are truly special and speak to her growing talent vocally. I also attended her recent concert in Portsmouth, NH and think the highlight of this 18 song concert was Unchained Melody which left everyone in awe and in tears. There she slowed it down somewhat and did that early high run in a single breath. By comparison, in Oslo at the Nobel Peace Prize performance, she sang with a full orchestra which is more challenging and broke that same run into three breaths. Despite this, her ending to Unchained Melody at the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony was spectacular which crystal clear high notes that left me speechless. We are so used to marveling at AJ's low notes that hearing her perform these truly incredible high notes was a wonderful surprise. Thanks so much for your reaction today.

Kong something in Norway on July 22 2022 she did this song and if your watching her from the right side crowd looking to the stage you need to find the recording which is closer and from the left side crowd, much better quality and the right side one has a lot of talking and background noise ... the left side one is a pretty good view and sound it's also a daytime concert did several concerts that weekend so some were at night also

Don't think it's better, the context is totally different. She could show off her range, textures and runs at GNTM, while at the Noble it was a solemn event and she responded with appropriate reserve.

Sofia Vergara is 5'7" tall and has heels that are 5", so she is standing 6ft, Heidi Klum is 5'9" tall and has 2" boots on, so she is 5'11" tall, Angelina is not wearing shoes, and she is 6'1", if not taller. and she is stunning, to say the least. I wish they would not tilt the camera; I hope AJ is happy with her stature because there is nothing like her on earth, she is greatest storytelling signature voice I have ever experienced in my 76 years.

This is a modeling competition in Germany at which Angelina is a guest singer. The women are judging the models and critiquing them as they perform. Sorry, Angelina is not the focus this time! She did get to sing Valerie without interruption, however, and sang it better than I’ve ever heard her sing it, IMHO!
