There are TONS of them, with different features. There are knockoffs of Pencil 1 and Pencil 2, but none of them will have pressure sensitivity. They will likely have tilt functions, magnetic 'abosrption'(lol), and some will be able to charge by attachin it to the iPad(they are the newer ones) and they are usually farily reliable even in drawing. But again, no pressure sensitivity and quality issues may be in the one you actually buy, and some won't have straight lines. I have a Jamjake stylus that I've been using for a about two years now, it's a knock off of the Pencil 2. Prices will also vary, but apart from the official Apple Pencils, they are the second best option for iPad styluses I think.
I do not give a damn if it's pressure is good and it has hood connection. But to be honest I prefer Samsung tablet, it has pen that, surprise, you don't need to charge 0^0
My daughter uses this exact after market pencil for her iPad. It is worth it for her note taking and the technical drawings she does in her University classes. The original is way too expensive for a college student and this one works very well for here purposes.
I use this for art and its pressure sensitivities are nothing compared to actual apple pencil. If you're just starting art, or mostly want it for note taking this is perfect
As an artist, I have a stylus that's not an apple pencil ^^ Also about $20, magnetically charges, and has tilt sensitivity You could explore this pen more, I think it also had tilt sensitivity, just no pressure sensitivity It's actually pretty useful for beginner artists and if you're not used to pressure sensitivity, tilt sensitivity works fine

I actually have one of these, it’s honestly amazing how good it is and how well it preforms. It’s very responsive and has great palm rejection. However, the only thing it doesn’t have compared to the original Apple Pencil is pressure sensitivity. Honestly as an artist, it doesn’t really bother me all that much. The pen does have tilt sensitivity however, which is just a nice added bonus. I HIGHLY recommend getting one of these if you can’t afford a real Apple Pencil, it is 100% worth it for the price you’re paying for.

I’ve had the jamjake pencil as shown here and now have the original 2. Gen Apple Pencil. There is literally no noticeable difference aside from having to remember to charge it every few days. If your not looking to be an artist, the fake one is the way to go. I Bought my jamjake off of Amazon, not from aliexpress btw.

As an artist, here's more questions i have about it, Does the iPad just see it as a finger or a stylus? Does it change with pressure? Does it have the feature where it switches from pencil to eraser when you tap on it a few times? tilting?
I have this exact pencil. The only irritating thing about it is how you can accidentally turn it on and off but that’s a mild inconvenience when you realize you saved $100
I have been using it. It work fines if you only need pencil for writing since you will not need pressure sensitivity. The build quality is not that good as expected, the white paint starts to fall off after approximately 6 months.
My sister has this same one our parents got her after they got me the real pencil I broke bc of the way they charge is dumb. Don’t waste money on the apple products, get this
I have the Logi brand pen and I like it a lot. It’s flat like a carpenter’s pencil so it sits on you’re hands pretty comfortably. It’s on the more expensive side I believe I paid around $70.
As a fake pen user I got mine for 12 dollars and it’s a great alternative it charges in 42 minutes and it’s very good I found out that you can use the back of the pencil if it’s dead and it lasts super long.
I have an S Pen, it came with my Samsung Galaxy S8. It was kind of a surprise when I got it. I love my S pen , you can make little notes, very useful pen ! The apple pencil is a smidge better though
I have something similar but it's in a thinner box and the box slides out of the other box, besides, there is one button to turn on the stylus and on the back of the stylus there is a detachable tip under which there is a place to charge the stylus

Adonit is usually the ones who have some fairly good ones, with some for older devices (though I doubt anyone will be using some iphone 6s/7/8 and whatever ipad 5th gen, or older) honestly, you might as well get the 9th gen ipad or 10th gen ipad, if you want a good enough starting point, with one of the 3rd party pencils. Adonits ones are $99 CAD and bellow, so its still a good deal (but not all apps support them for some dumb reason)
Well, in my country. They sell a apple pencil that has the small transparent circle on the tip for only 1 dollar, though. And it works well, it doesn't need to charge and it doesn't need to change the tip, though.

I actually have this. It’s really good, apart from the fact that it sometimes randomly stops drawing for a split second
when that happens i usually tighten the head a bit more or switch the heads and it works fine again

So far, I haven't come across one with pressure sensitivity. Best there is are those with palm rejection and tilt sensitivity.
If you go into the settings you can do that
You should test the tilt for shading and pressure sensitivity for drawing thicker bolder lines
