As a Korean Canadian, I see many Filipinos and they're great people.
I'm truly sorry if some Koreans online and in Korea discriminate against Filipinos and other darker skinned people. I hear of this sometimes.
    May God bless the Philippines!

In the Philippines people go to hellish training every single day just to become a loyal soldier so that's how you know they're one of the best well trained soldiers in the whole entire world! But even with all the pressure they still manage to joke around and turn everything to positivity!

Many soldiers are from ilocos region. When asked about the training they'd respond saying it was easier than their day to day life.and I'd say it's true. I grew up having to work from 5am to 11pm most days rain or shine carrying between 40 to 100 kilos making 3dollars a day. Not resting even with a broken rib or hand.

I like how they were also given some insights about what they are watching and more that that, all the information were given accurately.
I'm a Filipino military enthusiast and I won't deny I also look up towards how Koreans train their Special Forces.
Have a great day ahead guys

Philippines has a joint training program twice a year with the US that we call Balikatan, just the other day there was a convoy of chinooks and V-22 ospreys flying around. Some of them are stationed in Subic bay which was the former US naval base before they were asked to leave, Marines and Airforce is present. So, it's no surprise that SOME MSOG operators have such excellent skills that were probably gained through joint trainings with the Americans.

I used to be in the Naval ROTC back in college and was lucky enough to see some of the PH NAVSOG/SEAL/NAVSOCOM in action around the obstacle course during a military camp tour. One of the first things they do in the morning is jump into the sea at 5 am and do their routine exercise. Sadly no pictures were allowed for their safety.
Now, as a Marine Reservist, The MARSOG people are one of the coolest people to hangout with and some of them telling tales of their Battle for Marawi back in 2017. I even got a chance to share a cab ride with one of them when I was going home from camp.
