- FIRS LOOK: The Navigator is ALL NEW for 2025. On the outside you will discover new sheet metal grill, wheels and lighting. On the inside you will be welcomed by 48in of screen space. Under the hood is a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Is the 2025 Lincoln Navigator a BETTER new luxury SUV than a Cadillac Escalade?

That is nicest thing to say!
@@GORILLAROB
Raiti is as good as it gets.
The V6 kills this. If GM can still have V8 engines I think Ford should not have eliminated them!
It's a twin-turbo V6 though & it gives you plenty of performance while giving you slightly better MPG than the GM V8s which helps when you factor in the fluctuating price of premium gas right now
It's for emissions regulations. Blame our government!
This isn’t a muscle car. The TTV6 is quieter, more efficient, and vs the Escalade more powerful. Low NVH matters a lot more in a luxury car than a muscle car.
@@The-fs5wnSometimes the paying luxury buyer wants to know he or she has a V8 under the hood regardless!
@@The-fs5wn
Rolls-Royce and Bentley give you v12s and manage to stay quiet
I work at the factory where these are made so I have been seeing prototypes going down the line for a few months and already knew how 🔥they looked lol
That really awesome Ryan! I can’t wait to get behind the wheel of them!
So what about those who don't?
@@COMMYTV_CommyLove ?
All the manufacturers are coming out with this color now.
It seems that way doesn’t it

Loving the new redesigned Lincoln Navigator. I have a 2022 Reserve Black with just 8,000 miles on it. Can't wait to add this 2025 to my fleet. I am all Lincoln!
That is so awesome to hear!
I have a 21 Navigator and it works perfect
Owned several in my Limo Service years. I had Escalades and Navigators, driving up mileage into the 150k, 200k, 250k+. The Escalades were powerful and could handle SO-CAL valleys. The Navigators, were the long run mileage haulers, but weren't quite as robust in the hill climbs. However, if comfort, elegance and mature styling is your game, than the Navigator is King of your mountain. But if New Money glitz and flash are your goal...Escalade!!!!
The only problem I have with American manufacturer vehicles 🚗 are reliability issues, after 25k miles defects appears. I have Audi, Honda and ford and ford was the most cheapest and most unreliable
@@chuckxu5910Totally agree who wrote 👆message 💯 agent of GM😀
Any experiences with the new grand wagoneer?
@@alansariammar I don't know of ANY Limo Fleet owners that use them in Limo Service. Historically they're known as gas guzzlers. Also, the Wagoneer doesn't have that L'aire d"Elegance. It's been seen as a Country Squire look which doesn't appeal to the business crowd, nor the party/prom/date crowd. Also, being a Stellantis (the durability kiss of death car maker) product, most Limo companies want their rides without late night mechanical rescues, refunds for mech issues and embarrassment.
I have yet to see one in service in Southern California yet. Not much help, sorry
@islanddon865 thanks for sharing your knowledge! No doubt that you know what you are talking about.
Small tip to everyone….if you want to be a luxury alternative…keep a V8….this is what distinguishes you from the rest
That is a good point!
You’re right V8 is the way to go especially the price of these luxury full size SUVs. I hope GMC and Cadillac never get rid of their v8 engines
It shares a motor with the F150 Raptor. That’s a formidable power train
Nobody wants to pay high dollar for gasoline idiot
That would be nice if they put the coyote V8 in this as an alternative motor or a hybrid alternative.
Remember the Navigator from the movie Are We There Yet? That was a funny movie, and I definitely remember the Navigator because of that
I totally remember that! It had Ice Cube in it which was a far cry from NWA. 😂
@@RaitisRides Ice Cube is hilarious man! 😂
@@TheSpeedDemon64he sure is
@@RaitisRidesLol Ice Cube has somewhat melted since his NWA says. He's a good businessman now.
Raiti I play reviews of the Escalade and Navigator back to back. And Yes the 2025 Escalade is literally pure unfiltered luxury premium with that beautiful elongated Infotainment screen. The back seats look like a first class jet!!....BUTTTT...This Lincoln Navigator definitely has the 1 up🏆 Ford Lincoln literally created a interior that is in no other vehicle. I am woww'd. Exterior and Interior is thee best design of all car brands. And I will say this..The 2025 Cadillac is at a tie with it. It comes down to your liking. But WOWW LINCOLN ITS OVER FOR BENZ AND BMW AND AUDI...American Luxury is back🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Let's Go!
It's between 2025 Navigator and 2025 Escalade that will get my money next year.
It’s going to be a tough decision
Waste of money. Invest that 100K plus and watch it grow, not depreciate.
What about the Range Rover Sport SV...with a V8.
@@doctorkizzo1773 Even bigger waste of money. That thing will depreciate faster than concrete blocks sink to the bottom of the ocean.
@truthserum5310 ,
That's exactly how I'm paying for my choice, I've made excellent investments, I'm going to enjoy some of it soon.
I just purchased my daughter a Loaded 2025 Chevy Equinox RS 3 weeks ago for College.
If only they would offer the 5.0 in it.
You are not the first to say that!
I'm diggin' that color!
It really works nicely!
Navigator =it's possible to make the front one gigantic grill 😂
I guess here in the States it’s still all about bigger issues better!
Can’t wait to see how the displays look under the sun. Really great design!
If it is like the Nautilius, which it is they will work great!
Speakers look amazing in that vehicle. 30 speakers 🔊! Holy cow 🔊
I know right!
Drove the QX80 last week. Waiting to see this and the 2025 Escalade. Have had a LWB Range Rover on order for a year. Contemplating skipping the RR for one of these. We need a second row bench and a third row. Really tough decision
Navigators always been my favorite big SUV
Joe your always burning the candle at both ends to give us the most up to date info!!! Your fans appreciate you !!!! I love the Navi!!!!!
Freaking beautiful. I still have room in my garage for one of these.
I will have Lincoln send it to you Omar!
That navigator still has room for my garage.....

Oh man! That is really awesome of you Adrian! Always nect year brother!
My wife and I can't wait for this! We recently purchased our first ever Ford... 23 Lightning XLT and absolutely LOVE IT! This thing is an absolute beauty! This dolphin-ish gray with the black rims looks SO good. Love the lack of chrome as well!

Great video, very informative and thorough as always. Appreciate the great work y’all do.
Really digging the redesign Lincoln has done.
Navigator a bit big for me, but I am taking a big look at the nautilus.
That means so much Steve! Thank you for letting us share it all with you!
Nicest Navigator ever, so many little details ,Beautiful Family vehicle.

You are hilarious! I wear shocks they are just the runner’s type where they are short. I like to let my legs breathe.
I love the color! I work for GM, and it's still Caddy for me. But, this is a beautiful design
That is so awesome that you can appreciate both!
I drive a Corsair right now. It’s a REALLY
Nice comfortable ride. I average 21.7 MPG’s. Lincoln’s make really nice cars man!
I wish they would make our Lincoln Navigator app able to open up and view 360 video of live footage. We have the 360 camera why not allow us to view our navigator live. What use is it if it only alerts us that our doors have been yanked on if we can’t prepare ourselves if someone is actually doing so or have proof of footage someone doing so. Better yet have audio so we can let them know we are coming. Work on that app @Lincoln
Raiti!!! What's up, brother? I was there, I was waiting for you to finish recording to say whats up to you and your wife, but you left so fast. I was the guy setting up the palm trees and orchids at the lincoln display. Great job. I was going to tease you and say, being in Miami, you had to shout out some miami foods in your storage areas!!lol! It was disappointing GM didnt bring any 25' models like escalde, yukon, tahoe etc.. great job. Keep it up
Oh man! So sorry about that! Auto shows are very hectic especially this one since it is only a media half day! I hope next year we can say hello! I appreciate your support and I am also disappointed with what GM had there!
@RaitisRides enjoy Miami! Although it has been rainy lately. Cheers!

Hey, listen to this wild thought I had! Picture this: a Twinkie, floating up in the clouds, and guess who's riding it like a boss? Joe! Can you imagine that?
I think I would need to be on some pretty heavy drugs to visualize that! 😂
Great auto show review, Joe! Looks like Lincoln has sleeked it up a bit, very nice! I will be interested to see all of the other colors and trim options that they bring to market.
I like that split rear door. My big dogs would love jumping up onto that platform instead of clearing the bumper. Ok that doesn't actually matter but I do like it
Yes of course & I can't wait to test drive this.
This navigator is the most beautiful it’s been ever. Which is unusual for automotive brands, usually the previous gen’s are better
On technology, this puts the navigator at the top of the full-size SUV list for me. The 24 models was the Wagoneer.
That is so very true!

2025 Escalade
🙌.
Or Go Professional Grade. ✅
I have been a Lincoln guy for years, and my favorite was a 1981 Mark VI Givenchy Edition. (should've never sold it!) However, today's Lincolns with small displacement + turbo are no-go for me. If I'm spending $70k+, a powerful NA V8 is mandatory.
The Yukon Denali should have a blacked out grill also. Atleast make it a option
I hope they move in that direction!
Instead of building an outbuilding in the garden, I would like to park this Navigator there and use it as a gorgeous study room. I wish that in the back seat it has a folding table that we would see in the airplane so that I can put my laptop on it.
Another great review Joe!!! Can’t imagine the cost to fix all this technology when it breaks and it will break.

Why are SUV’s and cars getting rid of fog lamps in general? I have a navigator 2024 black label, not sure I liked the seat buttons to be removed from the door to the side of the driver and passenger seats. But the redesign is absolutely amazing for sure!!!!
I ❤️ Lincoln Navigators🚙💨!
I had a 2002 Lincoln Navigator it was basically a ford explorer
Well it is the same platform as the expedition today.
Love the front end.

Love the color , but not with black wheels. Love auto shows……and boat shows ! 😁
What color would like to see on the wheels Tom?
@@RaitisRidesGunmetal grey please Joe 👍
Going to need a Raiti cloth for that huge screen. I looked in the store didn't see any. That's a nice ride. A little too big for me though. I like crossovers. But I'll take one if I win the lottery or something.
I like the big radio knob to the left easily accessible and start/stop button on the console 👍Looks similar in size to a suburban, do they make a Tahoe sized navigator? Gotta test drive it and tell us how the engine is. ☝
Viva Lincoln!

@@RaitisRides Yes it is!
Will make way more money in the rental department and business sector than escalade. Beautiful vehicle. They didn't give up on traditional headlights. Beat caddy right there
Great points Korey!
Love my 2024 Navigator L Reserve
That is so fantastic to hear
Im waiting for all the old Gen Xers and Baby Boomers on the comment section to complain about all the screens in the interior. 🙄 It's like they have a phobia with technology. Get with the times! This is what I expect cars in 2024 will look like when I was a kid.
Interesting color on this one. Not too sure about the wheel design. I find the Escalade to be the finer vehicle all around. I personally like to Yukon Denali over both the Escalade and the Navigator.
i am right there with you!
Amazing review Joe and I loved this vehicle.
This Navigator is elegant, fine have class. Cadillac is to huge ordinary.
Oh wow that is a serious statement!
Wish the seat controls were still on the door panel for easy access instead on the side of the seat
Exterior Styling QX80 > Navigator > Escalade
Interior Styling Navigator > QX80 > Escalade
Drive quality: TBD, waiting on you Joe!
Prediction: Escalade > Navigator > QX80
I love the way you did that list! Great job!
how much for 1 of those screens when it out of warranty?
That is the million dollar question!
Astronomical if you can't buy the individual panels and It all contributes to the increased disposability of these newer vehicles. I was able to buy the 8.8 inch sharp LCD panel for my 2017 BMW X3 from China and replace just it when it went bad a couple of years ago. Cost me $140 including shipping instead of $1200-3000 for a used/new computer at the time.
crazy the one review I can’t think of the guy channel said the second row had very low headroom, but I guess that’s not the case then huh? Which obviously is good.
Not at all! Some people just don't know what they are talking about!
I love the multi screens. 👍🏻
Even though the new Navigator has 48 inches of screen on the dash, I can't help but admit that it does somehow look like a comfortable place to be when compared to something like the interior of the BMW X7 or Mercedes GLS where the screens look as if they were just glued onto the dashboard or center console with no effort put into them being integrated well. I don't even know how else to explain it.
I can't wait for the first drive that is for
For this and the Nautilus, it's rather dumb the options they give you to display on the passenger screen. Out of the nine options, the weather and the media playing are the only two worth knowing at any point. That whole area is a huge waste of space. Better options would be to allow the passenger to see the full map and actually do the navigating on it to more easily assist the driver. Or allow them to watch movies, internet, or apps. In that mode, the screen would not be visible at an angle while the vehicle is in drive. They found a good company to get them nice hardware, but never found good software people for it.
Thanks for your honest opinion Jeff!
Great job Joe, it's a beautiful vehicle
I appreciate you taking the time to say that Greg!
I wonder if that clear plastic , covering the lincoln name , eventually will break like in the ford explorer / lincoln mountaineer.
The dual rear gate ? Double work.
lightning across the front end , gives you the impression it is an EV.
Looks like a RAV4 from the back. I give this exterior design a 6/10.
I am not seeing it.
Nice update but the V6 just doesn’t sit right with me on it. Thanks Joe for bringing it to us.
I’m a GM guy first but damn that looks pretty

Seen ur video with the escalade,l say escalade for a win l mean the Lincoln doesn't even come close in terms of luxury,no chrome trimming no wood trimming, the steering wheel looks awful..it is sporty than luxury therefore no comparison.
That's why older Navigators are better has wood ,air ride suspension, leather

No wood? WTF! What its going on with the Luxury car industry nowadays? New designs have a more “sleeker” and “slimmer” approach, almost to the point in which the cars look like computers on wheels. Miss the good old days of old school luxury.
A couple things that stick out for me, #1 I'm seeing a lot of plastic and cheap leather in that interior and it kinda feels like they dialed down the luxury #2 That screen is beautiful, but is it too far away from driver?
The new caddy is still superior. When lincoln took the illuminated seat controls off the doors, they failed. Not Having the front passenger memory seat function on the navigator is a lost to the escalade, but as usual lincoln cut corners and caddy dominate. Poking at that screen (you could barely get to respond) at 75mph is dangerous and stupid. The 2025 escalade is clear winner.
Gorgeous 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
The back end is giving Pontiac Aztek 👀
“Super size” center speaker needs to be put somewhere else. The gap is excessive and doesn’t make it look premium like the Escalade.
A lot of chauffeurs use this the navigator like myself for “limo service” and I will be switching to Cadillac. This vehicle is targeting families. I think sales will be down. Let’s see.
