- We have been bugging our buddy Ryan Basseri (aka Rywire) to bring this gem of an Integra to the Donut Garage - and here it is. So of course, we brought out Nads the Honda daddy to nerd out over this rad piece of engineering.

Rywire just puts out some of the cleanest engine bays I have ever seen. Amazing!

All I gotta say is about 10 plus years ago I got a harness from ryan at rywire and it failed and I called ryan and went to his house is San jose ca and he actually came out (while he was very sick) and made me another one on the spot to make me happy! Nothing but respect for this man and his company!
The second I saw this video in my feed I thought to myself “there’s no possible way Nads isn’t in this video”

Is it just me or do yall stop watching the video when NAD takes over the camera.
I've been noticing this as a reoccurring issue in the overall TH-cam channel. If they gave more room for the owner to speak, I'd actually consider subscribing. I like a lot of the cars shown on this channel. D: Like, ask the owner a question and then let them speak with no interruptions. If the owner talks for too long, that can be edited later as needed.
Also, whenever an owner does burnouts and stuff (can't remember whether that series has a specific name), the Hoonigan staff should stop poking fun at the car/owner. People in the comments sections for those videos have even called it out on multiple occasions.
This channel is good IMO, but with the aforementioned two changes, it would be a great upgrade. :D

I think Nads is just excited. He's totally nerding out on the Honda/Acura aspects of it which he doesn't get to do on camera often.

I dont think so. The 30 minute Build Biology videos were too much to watch, like you had to commit to the whole video. 12-18 minutes is perfect. Longer than normal Build Breakdowns, but not so long that you feel like you gotta devote a whole half-hour to watch one video.
Plus they still get all the info you need in the video, like I don't feel like the information from this video is lacking.

I can't believe how far the JDM scene has come over the last 10-15yrs. This ITR is bespoke, the milspec wiring, & all the subtle details aren't drowned out by the orange paint or some heavy ICE system.

Every time I think I've learned anything about cars I listen to Ryan for 2 seconds and realize he's transcended to a different plane of automotive knowledge.
I love how much knowledge Nads has, just make sure to let the guy tell his part and it's perfect
Gotta say i love Hoonigan. So many different personality that are so enjoyable. From Scottos car problem, to Hert being Hert, to Mister Zachary being the Ideal American, Brad being the baddest Daddy, To Dan just being an insane Fabricator to Nads just being fucking awesome and knowledgeable in what he talks about. I would so kick back and drink with Nads.

They are 96spec headlights, 98spec are better. OEM HID (cant tell because circle part of light has lines through it, 98spec has no lines)
The best lights would be 98+ JDM HID units with USDM S2000 projectors retrofitted in.

That thing is top level like pinnacle of what can be done on a 20 year old car brought into the modern day, and i just learned something about all the crusty wiring plugs on my 20 year old car having a shelf life of how many times you can plug and unplug them. It makes sense. Man i love this car Rywire is killin the game.

These types of segments are the best to showcase Nads knowledge and passion about these cars. I think they get shot early in the morning which probably helps too!!
I'm not normally a Honda guy, but there are a few Hondas out there that make me stand up and take notes. My mate's 92 NSX is one, the Rowdyssey is another, and this, this is taking it to another level. The engineering that went into this is mind blowing. DC2Rs are silly fast with a B18CR in them, but this must be a rocket ship

I still have our integra gs year 2000. Bought it brand new and has 75,000 miles on it, stock but all japan parts still. Runs great it's my weekend car!

The porchesque look got me. Very exotic twist on a basic car. I love out of the box ideas as much as purist ideas. Very nice build.

This is so well built, definitely one of the cleanest Integras of all time. But all this for 300HP?
Yep. A 300hp car that can beat 1000+ hp cars, the thing is not make a huge horsepower, is know how to use it, and there is something called “weight/power ratio”

Absolutely love this car. My first real build I did on my own and inside and out was an original 95 GSR so I'll all ways have a connection to tegs. Mine was even burnt orange with black pearl so this car REALLY does it for me.

When I picture clean I dont picture this. This is a very well built racecar. When i think of clean i think of the oem restored look, maybe wheels and some tasteful cosmetic mods and something exciting hiding under the hood.

This Rywire ITR is absolutely beautiful and brilliantly built, an to actually been one to see it in person(:witch was killer btwlol) You could go over this car for hours and you would miss something I guarantee. Love your all's Channel keep making the grade videos!

@@kasper5688 yes... strictly a cruise got to tic tac to turn. Biggest thing is the wheel bite is unreal with your shoes along with the trucks on top the deck. Trip all the time but once you get use to it. It's livable definitely a head turner
