Game 2 Dinh should've special summoned Cir with Graff, linked into underclock taker, special summoned dante with cir added cir back with dante, given his opponent kumongous, summoned gadarla under underclock, used underclock's effect to make kumongous 0 attack, linked gadarla and underclock into knightmare unicorn, special summoned thunder king and discard scarm to special summon Beatrice, then attack for exactly 8000. Yes his opponent could effect veiler the underclock, but I feel that would be foolish given Dinh would have 3 cards in hand at that point and a normal summon still.
Edit: I'm talking about the point at 19:53 for those curious

If Niko used veiler on underclock, then Din couldve used unicorn, ditching Cir to shuffle kumongous.

Victor Tinoco it's a single play, and by no means was it objectively a misplay - the otk loses to hand traps, so he played around it.
Spyros Sakellariou you're right, even if he did veiler his undrrclock dink-kha could have gone into a borrelsword (linking underclock, dante and gandarla) bring down the thunder king and won.
I cant wait for people to complain about the time rules, even though the game didn't go into time and both players actually played really skillfully.
What the people didn't know either was Niko and Bui received a 3 minute time extension due to a slowplay warning earlier. But even if, everything would have played out the same, as you allready saw in the feature match.
That was an intense game and props to both players, as a Ba fan, I'm impressed with the deck and I'd love to see a deck profile!

Can someone explain why he have played Cherry at the end at the last game and use 4 monsters for borrelsword? I think 3 Monsters are enough for the linksummon of borrelsword
Borrelsword is a link 4, so it requires 4 monsters normally

I will say I dislike the knowledge of the players hands, I would rather see the announcers react to the plays rather than ramble about the ability of the hands and their expectations of the plays
But the main audience of the feature matches are competetive players anyway, so it would be rather annoying instead
Sky strikers are omnipresent and degenerate. Sad that players exploit the most op deck instead of making their own unique strategy. Props to the BA player for getting this far.
Glad skillful decks made it to finals instead of some knuckle dragging true Draco, altergeist, or Trickstars player

Olvin Martinez sky striker is one of the more skillful decks to come out in a long time and that's just facts dude. I don't even play the deck but I can admit it
Sky Striker is skillful. The beginning is somewhat auto-pilot, but you can tell the difference between a good or bad player during the grind.
@@mregalias4427 i'd say the other way around. You have to take choices about what to "waste" in order to get the GY for the second effects. Then the cards play themselves... After and Jamming popping two for one? Engage being a Pot of Greed (half of it being a search)? In-theme Forb Chalice that STEALS a monster?
You gotta admit that the deck misses a bit of balance (and you can't even say "no main monster zones" or 3 spells in GY are THAT hard to get... Just look at the facts)
