- The one way to live in this life, and not be under law, is to be led by the Spirit. Codes and laws almost always take the place of the Spirit of God in the life of the believer. The Bible over and over again teaches that we should walk after the Spirit of God.

Amen brother. God is merciful. He always forgives. Never be ashamed to take your failures to him. He is for you, not against you! God is with you in the storm. He knows your troubles, he hears you! He is for you, on your side, always! It may feel silent at times, but he’s holding you close! May the Lord return soon! We are drawing closer. He is coming! I know even though I'm saved I still fight with my flesh there's many things that I don't do any more the holy Spirit within has helped me alot but I still have things I do I'm not proud of smoking and getting mad esp at our government leaders I ask for forgiveness all the time for I know God isn't happy with me when I do such things I try to not do such sins etc.....Im so thankful for a truly loving merciful graceious God for I'll never be righteous till we're home out of these fleshly bodies and in our immortal bodies with our savior Jesus Christ in the Father's kingdom amen
There's no reason to be ashamed I was smoking unless you are in a car with non-smokers or something smoking is a lifestyle just like chewing your fingernails don't ever feel ashamed about it Who You Are you look up our creator is out there

What helps me is to remember is Galatians 2:20. The flesh is dead, if we are in Christ Jesus. If its dead, it can't do.
That helped me with my porn addiction. I no longer desire for it.
Another help is to immerse yourself in the scriptures. The more you are in Him, the less you desire the flesh's desires.
There are a few Bible apps that read the scripture to you; pipe it through your phone to your car audio when you are driving around.
A couple of ideas to help you brother. God Bless you and remember no matter what, remember you are redeemed!
Where in the bible does it say thou shalt not smoke a cigarette? Is it bad? Sure, is it a sin? No. Is drinking coca colas 10 times a day bad for u? Yes. Is it a sin? No. Besides therefore there is condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Also it's ok to get mad at our world today especially our politicians. But sin not. We have righteous angry just like Jesus had/has. We love what Jesus loves and hates what he hates. We should vote them out, we should pray that they get removed from office, and we should pray for their salvation. I think the sinning part would be to wish harm on them or to forget that Jesus died for their sins also and they just need to believe that. One last thing that has helped me in my walk with the lord is: what's the first thing u do when ur on a diet and tell urself u can't have a certain food? that food consumes ur every thought until u give in and then u gorge urself with that food until ur sick. Even though u really didn't want that certain food in the first place, once u told urself that, u had to have it. So ur flesh rebelled against ur spirit. Jesus said the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. That's with everything on this side of heaven, but praise God it wasn't for Jesus. So my point is relax in God. If u have believe on the finished work of Jesus Christ then u r born again and can never lose ur eternal life. So no matter what the struggle is, it's an opportunity to grow in ur faith, but don't beat urself up when u fall. God picks us back up to keep walking, never look back press forward. When ur not worried about losing ur salvation or displeasing God with every sin u commit, the appeal of that sin no longer consumes u and u r free to just love and appreciate what God had done for u thru the cross and resurrection. And u will find over time that u have changed a whole lot just by keeping ur eyes on Jesus instead of ur sin and u. I hope this helps, God bless

I know exactly what you're going through. I'm on my feet 10 hrs a day and I've been dealing with pain and numbness for a while. What I've found though is that communing with the Lord God is so much sweeter than answered prayers. I'll pray for your healing brother. God bless

Can people please pray for me? For days I've been depressed. Worrying about hell, and the fact that most people go there. I felt like I finally truly got saved the other day, and I was crying and laughing both, feeling releived. But I don't know now if I truly did , because I didn't stay "into it" that long. And I just got sad again. Please please pray for my parents, I don't know if there saved. I want them saved. My dad has domentia too
I think it’s a misconception to expect to stay “into it.” Learning the Word, knowing God and being a Christian is work and lots of prayer. “Put” yourself into it. Do the work, especially when you are depressed. Go find other Christians and learn with them. Praise with them. Personally, I think this world is a whole lot of sadness. Heaven is perfect, this world is full of sin and sorrow. Do the work now because Brother it will be worth it. Find peace despite our suffering because even though we suffer we don’t have to suffer alone or be afraid.

I have absolutely walked according to the flesh and by the grace of God after the Spirit as well and there is no counterfeit, no faking, no substitute for "the real deal" and there's no counterfeit, no faking and no substitute for the "real fruit" of the Spirit either! It was a very good day in my life when I bowed before God and asked him to make me a real Christian! Burn it down to the foundation if need be but I refuse to walk in vanity one more day....it was miserable 😪 and he truly has made all things new! No turning back by the grace of God!

All of the parts of the Bible come together in a perfect harmony like a beautiful scroll unrolling by angels. There's like a musical aspect to it. Let me tell you of a dream I had which happened some 25 years ago and I still remember. It was more like an imprint that said to me, that every little thing that is done for the Lord has a ripple effect like in a pool of water. That keeps on having an effect on all it touches into infinity. It was so beautiful and I felt blessed just dreaming it. I don't know why I am telling you all this but Michael I just got your painting of Revelation and it rings so true. Now I'm not afraid of it anymore! Thank you for making it all so clear. The glories of Heaven, to be with Jesus, I can scarce take it in! 🎆

Amazing. Obviously age grants wisdom. Wisdom grants sanctification. Sanctification grants Spirit. All of these are created with habits.

This is the hardest scripture to follow in the new Testiment. Our greatest battle is with the flesh. Notwithstanding, you have shown that we can walk in the Spirit so closely that following this scripture is made much easier.
Walking through the Word of God daily. The Word is Spirit, truth and life! Reading and meditating on the Word . Walking after the Spirit is reading the scriptures daily. God Bless.

You talked of what the law can't do. Not of what the law can do, that is show us how we fail to live up to God's holiness. Thanks be to Yeshua, who kept all of law of God.
We called them Flips when I was a kid. We still called slingshots those which were like David used on Goliath.

I encourage you to research Welsh revival of 1904 Evan Roberts. Over 100k souls were converted according to history. He used these 4 steps.
1) Confess all known sin
2) Remove any doubtful behavior
3) Obey the Holy Spirit Promptly
4) Confess Faith in Christ publicly

I’ve been a Christian for about a year after watching a lot of of your videos. I smoked back in the day and I still do smoke today after over a year. Am I going to hell?

You are being deceived. Don’t listen to that thought. If you take your life you won’t enter Heaven. God forgives. Ask. Jesus understands our struggle and gave his life so we are forgiven.
Remove yourself from temptation and fill your life with all that’s good. Pray for what you need to be set free throughout the day.

Are Gentiles from the house of Israel ?
2) “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”

When Matthew says “HIS” people what does he mean by “HIS” people, who are these Exclusive people.

Why did Jesus say don’t go to the Gentiles? Instead by pass them?
He sent Paul To the Gentiles specifically.
That was a great message, good job. I especially liked the part about being followers of Christ, or following in the spirit. Its those occasions where we get out ahead of Christ that find us blind to the consequences!
I was surprised by your interpretation of Galatians 5:23. Saying 'against such' meant 'produce'; "No law can produce these things, no law can give you joy". That is not how I read it.
From earlier in the chapter, there are laws against adultery, against fornication, against murder and drunkenness. There are man-made laws which prohibit these things in some form or another. But there are no man-made laws against spreading love, or rejoicing, living in peace, and the rest. There are no laws prohibiting those actions. That has been my understanding of that passage. I had not heard of your interpretation before, and I have to say I do not entirely agree with it. It is the enforcement of the rule of law that allows many to live in peace. It is the laws that separate church and state that allows people to engage in the faith of their choice, and so forth. I am just saying, your version was news to me. But otherwise, worth my time to listen to your words! :-)

My husband and I actually met Michael and Debi about 11 years ago at their church in Tennessee. I super enjoyed it. They are as real and down to earth as they come. Debi was super sweet, just wish we could have visited longer.
Our flesh is guided by the 5 senses .this is where Satan's playground is. Our spirit is guided by the spirit of God.

Indeed YES kind Sir! (Sorry for the VERY long "comment". But I believe it NEEDS to be said)
For without the Holy Spirit, there is NO true God. Thus, there are 3 manifestations that make up the true God: 1. The Father; 2. The Son; and The Holy Spirit ("Trinity"). However there is a name given; 2,000 yrs ago for God. In Hebrew it is "Yeshua"; but in English it is "Jesus". Sadly, VERY few know this to be fact absolute. Thus, please read this...
1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
So we should ALWAYS use the word Jesus when witnessing or preaching about God. In other words; stop using the generic word "god" and say "Jesus". IE: "May Jesus bless you"; Pray to Jesus; "I believe in Jesus!", etc, etc and ETC!
I said all the above to say this: The "Holy Spirit" is God also. Thus Jesus's voice is through the Holy Spirit; talking to us all the time; from birth to death. So please listen to that "little" subtle voice in your heart, soul and mind. And IF you do that sincerely and often; you WILL be "Walking After the Spirit". And...your life will get better and better. GAR-OWN-TEED!
One caveat: the Holy Spirit never speaks in any language. Sadly, many thinks he does. NO that is satan doing that to trick you. In essence, the Holy Spirit guides us, leads us and directs us; in ways far different than the way we communicate and deal with others. Never forget this...

I like you a lot, you are on top of the game. I wish I could go to your church, if I wasn't stuck in the Chicagoland area. Being around during the movement "I kissed dating goodbye", I couldn't give a better accurate conclusion than how you summarized everything.
