Musical Instrument City and Quinn the Eskimo do sell them. They fix them up to be in playing condition. There is also eBay or reverb. I got mine off eBay.
The good news is that my dad has a Leblanc Paperclip to low c. I will inherit his horn later in life. He bought his Paperclip many years ago.
