Sólo el castigo a los estafadores devolverá la confianza en el país. El gobierno debería poner un par de ejemplos, y verán la industria volver a florecer.

Dude loss me when he said, 1) “Dominicans are black” ( no true, the DR is not a black nation and to label Dominicans as black even though the majority are mixed race is racist. Reference the origins of the one-drop rule and what is hypo descent to understand my point); 2) “Haitians at Latinos” (False Haitians are definitely not Latinos as they do not share a common cultural and historical origins with Hispanic “Latino” nations. The term “Latino” was invented by Napoleon III to justify and legitimize the future conquest and colonization of former Spanish territories in the Americas. IT IS A COLONIAL CONCEPT AND TERM, and today Latino is synonymous with Hispanic-American countries including Brazil which are Hispanic. Lastly, Haitians crearle is an African GRAMATICAL language that is unintelligible to French or any other Romance language).

I am only addressing your first point. African DNA is the highest in the Dominican Republic (next to the Haiti), by far. I believe the latest tests show around 45% African descent. I think we are talking about how the rest of the Caucasian world will likely see and treat you. Call it whatever you wish, but the results will generally be the same.

@@AscendedSaiyan3 "African DNA is the highest in the DR (next to Haiti) by far." You must obviously have a ulterior motive to say somehting like this and ignore places like Jamaica, etc. Why the obsession on wanted the Dominican people to be a black nation when it is is not genetically, culturally, and historically? Most Europeans, as a mixed race Dominican currently residing in Europe (Spain), view us as what we are for the most part, which a mixed race hispanoamericano ethnic/national group. Yes, the results are freely and widely available online. Speaking for myself, I am 50% Caucasian, 40% Black African, 7% Indigenous American, and 35 Arab/Berber. Please enlighten me on how a typical Dominican such as myself is black? Also, if your point of reference are Caucasians, then you have some soul searching to do. allowing others to tell you who you are, and based on racist misguided, and now debunked racial ideologies is is quite pathetic.

@@sonnymartinez3051 Why would you assume ulterior motives without checking the data? I have only repeated the averaged factual data for the Dominican Republic. You can do with it what you may. We should all know how averages work.
