Dominican Republic is nice but weak economy because it’s basically dependent on its sources of income from abroad. Too many external factors that make Dominican Republic be an unstable place for the long term. Mexico or Colombia are safer long term investments

Although very nerve-wrecking for a beginner, I see cold calling and door knocking as an experiment. I learn with each one and tweak my script and learn different rebuttals as I go. And you get better over time. Now that I think about it, I did something very similar for my dog walking business.

Someone that make $60k a year and ownes their own house and their car debtfree, typically has a higher net worth than a doctor or lawyer. Not a dang thing wrong with working in a kitchen. Outside retirement investments, cooking and cleaning makes more millionaires than all other forms.
