I always knew back pain existed and i would have minor issues here and there but to actually experience debilitating back pain is unexplainable. It makes you appreciate your body when it feels good. You appreciate normal movements like walking, picking things off the ground and getting out of bed. I want nothing more than this back pain to go away. I will no longer take movement for granted.

Agree 100%. I've been active all my life. Postman walking 8 miles 5 days a week. Lots of gardening and also physical strength training. My back 'went' 8 days ago and it is hell. I'll try just about anything to get back to where I was before. Gutted right now. !
@@aaron1143h no, sorry to hearâĶmy back pain started Tuesday 7/4, saw back specialist on Wednesday 7/5 and started taking muscle relaxer and ibuprofen (prescription)âĶit got worse last two days and finally better this afternoon after 2 visits to chiropractor. Going to be super careful and appreciate my back now! I hope you get well soon!
When I engage my core muscles my back feels like it wants to fall apart when I get up to walk. As soon as I step, on the ground my legs want to give out I'm scared for my knees ð but the ice does help a little

Ma'am , I took bed rest 3 days whole time due to knee pain. I have lower back pain after wake-up on the 4thd day. Not sharp pain but feel like have little pain and burning. What can I do? Bed rest is enough? My age is 24
My lower back and cervical is in pain for almost 6 months have seen many doctor and took many medicines and injections but nothings working actually I have mild scoliosis on my lower back and bacterial infection I don't know what to do any more also I have done physiotherapy for almost three two months and I am only 16 so can you give me any advise what should I do .
