  • My wife and I (both climbers) tried going vegan for 30 days! In this video, we decided to shake things up and completely eliminate all animal products from our diet and follow a strict vegan diet for 30 days. Follow along as we eat, train, and measure the effects of our vegan diet on climbing performance, mood, and energy levels.

    thanks for this video! I cut down on red meat by a LOT and noticed a significant reduction in my joint inflammation

    13:25 Are you saying that meat and dairy products, almost entirely fat and protein, produce "fast-burning energy" in excess of all those oats and rice and beans? That's difficult to believe.
