    Awesome video!! Took some notes for myself, hope I got it all right and that they are useful! :D
    Anaerobic workouts
    ----
    workout 1 -> 5-7 sets:
    - 7" on - 53" off x3
    - 3' rest
    workout 2 -> 5-10 sets:
    - 10" on - 5" off x4
    - 3' rest
    Aerobic workouts
    ----
    workout 3 -> 5-7 sets:
    - 7" on - 3" off x6
    - 3' rest
    workout 4 (maxipull/jugs) -> 3 sets:
    - 45" (or 30") on - 15" off x5
    - 5' rest
    workout 5 (arcing) -> 15-30 minutes
    Stand on a stool or some edge and move your hands around the hangboard until you build a light pump
    bonus - frenchies -> 1-3 sets

    Thanks for these gonna try them out. I have a wrist injury that I've been resting for a month and was cleared to hangboard but not climb yet. Hopefully these will make me come back stronger than before

    for the 45 seconds on 15 seconds off exercise should we be in a dead hang?

    interesting, gonna give it a try, how do you combine all the methods? how many of the presented workouts do you usually do in a session?

      Thanks for watching! These training sessions can be very taxing on your muscles and connective tissue so I would recommend choosing one workout and doing it 2-3 times per week depending on your training schedule and level of fitness. I usually train in blocks so I do endurance focused workouts for 3-4 weeks, then switch to strength or power based workouts for 4-6 weeks. Hope that helps!
