A Bloomin Quesadilla is perfect for large parties Rachel makes the best appetizer for any occasion using just a few simple ingredients to create a snack everyone will be raving about
Did this for myself, so I may as well share: Blooming Quesadilla 2# shredded chicken 20 - 25 flour tortillas, cut in half 1 can Ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilis 2 blocks of cheddar, one for inside the tortillas, one to spread over them to melt in the oven. Shred it. About a cup of sour cream Packet of taco seasoning Mix all but the tortillas and the extra block of cheese to combine. Spread a good dollop on each semi-circle tortilla, then roll each into a cone. Place several in a circle on a round, parchment lined baking tray (with a glass in the center temporarily to make an empty center for later) - make 3 layers of circles, each layer overlapping the previous. On top of first two layers, throw down some more shredded cheddar from the 2nd block. Remove the center glass & bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Place glass back in center, add salsa (or whatever) to it, and garnish the salsa with cilantro & a slice of lime or whatever you prefer.
New subscriber here! Thank you for showing the product packaging & giving the amounts used! They look so good! Will be great at my grandsons graduation party! TFS❣️
That variety of chicken is just a bit costly for me. As a time saver, instead of baking the chicken on my own and processing it, I could see your point. Same with the Rotel, instead of hand chopping the veggies. Thank you for this super quick and easy recipe!
I did a quick estimate count while she was assembling and I'm guessing 40-45 HALF tortillas (let's say 25 whole just to overdo it a bit). Just an estimate, but I don't think you have to be exact.
It’s crazy to think that this is considered cooking side note does the tongue ring add flavor or was it just there to be more off putting than the food
Perhaps I process things just a little slower but the video was just right for me. But I'm 88. Lol I appreciate the showing of the products and hate when some videos just flash the product leaving one with no clue as to what was put in. I lovingly disagree that everyone knows what the products are to make these or any other foreign food to them, especially if they are from another country that doesn't carry these name- brand USA products. But I think the recipe looks delicious and easily made to feed a crowd. And I know we both agree on " nicely done".
@@jvallas I love adjusting playback speed. But, it's so annoying when the demonstrator is "purposely" dragging the video out. Puh-Leeze! I am not even gonna watch it in "double playback" speed. ::: Drive Through Please ::: 🚗
I don't think the video is too slow, just right for me. Looks great!

Would like an alternative suggestion 4 dipping please.
Avocado crema. ( not sure I spelled that correctly).
Guacamole
Tortilla halves, not triangles. 🙃 Looks delish! 😋
This recipe was clever and looked totally delicious. I didn't think it was to slow 😅 Good job 👏 👍
Triangle.....
Newbie 😂
Is there a recipe that can be printed? Thanks!!
See my comment in the thread.
Thank you, @jvallas for the printable recipe.:o)
Put a spoon in the sauce and small plates on the side. People may double dip 😮😮
Thats not a triangle
Don’t be so critical
😂😂😂😂😂😂

Nicely done! Video way too slow. Not unless you're showing brands because of sponsorship, we know what the food items are. Keep on baking!

@howardhoward3348 I agree whole heartedly ❤
Speak for yourself! I found it refreshing to be able to actually see the ingredients used, instead of having to guess! 😕😂❤️
I put it on 1.5 playback and it was at normal speaking speed for me
Video is too long!
I watched it on double speed
