Hello! We are the Beard Family. My husband Cleveland and have been happily married 19 years. We are raising 5 wonderful children. Clevon (19) Jalen (18) Iyanna (16) Dejah (14) and Janiyah (8). Here's a tip javonne:
You need to burn more calories than you are eating because if you eat more calories than you are burning your weight loss will be super slow. I know keeping track of the calories you eat all may be hard but just try to get a general idea. You will definitely get quicker results.
