holy shit! I've just learned about primal/ animal movement exercise and I am in awe. I have been slowly teaching myself to dance and have been craving the ability to toss myself around on the floor (in a controlled way, like these guys) but I am not flexible or strong enough to get myself back up smoothly. I want to be able to move like a child again! This video has me absolutely sold on this form of exercise/art form. It's beautiful!
I would say this is inspired by Brazilian Art of Capoeira, Capoeira its the name of the grass they use to train and therefore they improved the movements from Animals ;) I can bet capoeira its the main inspiration for this modality. Therefore it's very interesting but Capoeira much more complete and complex and much much harder.. Axé!! By the way very cool!
@@Rzyczkowski Wow, thank you for your kindness and help👍 I shall definitely do some of my own research on "Animal Flow". After all, it shouldn't be too hard, I mean the core main goal is to simply move right 😂😂
I would recommend watching some of vahva fitness's videos. Although it seems he is more focused on selling his package, he does give some good advice and ideas.
Please, what is the music of the first minute and forty-two seconds? It is very beautiful and I would like to know it whole and it is not detailed, thanks!. Float and flow look alike in this video.
They're focusing not only on full body mobility, they are working on full body strength and flexibility. Most workouts focus on other things. Weight training=strength/size Yoga=flexibility Hiit=cardio Calisthenics=body strength Animal/movement flow=all of the above
I don’t like the music b/c I think it should be something far more sensual, but that’s just my personal opinion.😉. I could watch these men all day everyday; they are breathtakingly beautiful. Pure art.
@@kristijantadic8476 It's more about making a statement on how society suppresses you into being "normal". Children don't care about most things, they just want to have fun and enjoy life. That also applies to exercise. Before the 80's running/jogging was not accepted in modern society; along with weight lifting, Aerobics, and yoga.
You can call it art, you can call it a child's play. Both statements are true. IMO it's called "playing with your body" and "be present", and that's also true.

Late response, but thats cool! Hope you master your body. All I can recommend is just going for it. Thats how I taught myself.
I have actually been tossing myself about the floor for years now…….. oh hang on, that’s not what mean, sorry……. 😖
This is art, flawless movements! Loved the studio Ghibli's music influence!
