Damn dude doing this as a mage makes it seem like such a joke. The spellsteal for the healing buff on the Thyrinar portion really trivializes that fight. I've been trying on my ele shaman and I'm getting overwhelmed by damage by like the third add spawn.
Yeah, it's definitely easy on a Mage. Spellstealing the 50% magic damage buff from the Mage Hunters at the beginning is nice too. The rift section was a little sketchy without being able to heal myself though. At least with ele you have a short interrupt to kick the boss' Twilight Blast. I think what people do for the adds is put a slow totem down and use the Glyph of Unleashed Lightning to kite them around. Can also cycle through your elementals and use Bloodlust when you get the buffs from Tarecgosa. Still definitely seems way more intense than doing it on a Mage though. I hope that you're able to get it done soon!

Yeah it's definitely a lot easier as a Mage. Someone else commented that they were struggling as Ele as well but they were able to get it done by using glyph of stoneclaw totem for the absorb, maybe that would help - I hope that you're able to get it done!
Typically if the add is going to die before LB would explode then I don't apply it, but I do use it on the mobs with more health. There were definitely times that I could have combusted to speed things along though! I think I was just holding it in case I had to fight a more difficult mob next because I wasn't sure what to expect while going through this.

Week 1 was the worst, it was bugged and he never casted anything to SS. Took me a couple attempts.

As a lock its not possible unless i get better gear. I don't have my pet to interrupt and you get 1 shot from a cast on those platforms.

@@SigsPlays ended up getting him down when I swapped to glyph of stoneclaw totem (gives me a 17k absorb shield on a 20s cd)

U seems to be afraid of using LB and Combustion for trash...
