Hello Lane, I know this is random because it's 2 years after you asked, but I believe the song is called "Unknown Legend," the first track on Neil Young's Harvest Moon. I was pleasantly surprised to hear it here. When I was a kid, my dad used to put that album on a lot when he drove. Sometimes I do the same. Great album.
Like most pedals, 90% of what this thing does you'd never use unless you were creating Nap Music. But the main problem is that you'll spend so much time farting around with the infinite possibilities of the pedal that you'll never actually practice, you'll forget about rehearsals, you'll get fired from the band, you'll go broke, your wife will leave you, your kids will become better musicians than you, you'll have to sell all your equipment, you'll get involved with a Russian meth queen and end up working at McDonalds and never play again. Think twice before buying a complex pedal like this!
Yeah thats what happened to the Edge when he started using shimmer or his Korg multieffects or his Rack delays......wait U2 are multimillionares. Haha nah you sort of have a point, this isnt really for your blues lawyer types though more for experimenting and for audio tech nerds like myself.
Guitarists are somehow strange. We want simple pedals, easy to use, few knobs. But half an hour later we discover certain limitations of our simple pedals, which would require six more knobs at least. What we really want is that a pedal delivers what we want it to sound like. If you are happy with one to four knobs per pedal then fine. If you want or need to hone your sound down to the very detail then more knobs mean more variety, more options - but on the other hand more time is required to learn, test and read the manual. For me complex pedals work fine, for I am somehow stubborn to learn about their capabilities. Some people love to read manuals..... Maybe this indicates also a little bit of uncertainty. What do I miss if I did not make it to understand all the parameters a complex pedal offers? Do I miss the Sound I was looking for years? Maybe. We should find our individual way to be happy. And a complex pedal does not necessarily sound better than a simple one.
Andy always knows how to pick the right songs for every pedal demo he does.

Check out the neunaber reverb. I think it sounds at least as good as the bluesky.
