It's good to see that you actually wear your Yachtmaster. Many "watch people" spend a lot on watches they simply don't wear, that's too bad and a sin.✌🏽
Mesh bracelets have become very popular over the last couple of years, I wasn’t sure but having tried a few I’m hooked. The lack of taper is carried off far better than with a conventional link bracelet.
I bought one from you for my breitling and its just incredible. I have a 1966 gmt 1675 which I'll probably put one on too cause the 2 correct rolex bands I have jubilee and rivet are both from 1966 and they are dated and horrible to be honest. Nothing is better than staib mesh !!!
I used to think mesh looked too blingy, but after trying a brushed shark mesh bracelet on one of my divers they grew on me, mostly due to the comfort. However, I still don't think they go with every style of watch, especially not on a flieger or field watch, but I'm open to have my opinion changed.
Thanks Marc for your help with my purchase of the Staib 2784 for my Breitling Superocean Heritage ii. Look forward to getting this bracelet on my watch.
Dude, that ISL-18 with that band is 🔥 , had to rewind & pause the video to look at it again. Do you sell the titanium conversion or is it just a prototype ? The mesh band when you wore it actually looks good, it showcases the Rolex watch well.
Very nice bracelets and great video. Thanks. I just do not like the combination of sport watch and Milanese strap. I see the Milanese strap more on dress watches...
Absolutely beautiful bracelet. The only thing I can seen that I don't particularly like is the gap between the spring bar and watch is now visible. I do love these bracelets though.
Been thinking about one of these for my Planet Ocean which has a 20mm lug width. I would prefer the more fitted end links but willing to give the straight bars a chance as it looks great on yours Marc. Oh yeah and the butterfly is the one I prefer although most prefer a clasp. Your thoughts?
Rocking the satin/brushed finish double butterfly on my Seiko Alpinist! Incredible turn of the century "old clock" look. Very comfortable and breathable!
Hi Mark....great video like always. Two questions: Do you have a printable wrist gauge on your site? And are these bracelets hair pullers? My times Q is unwearable with their mesh bracelet.
Back in the 60's my father wore mesh bracelets on some of his watches. Myself, I prefer exotic leathers, rubber, and sailcloth straps. This leads me to my question, do you plan to make sailcloth straps? By the way, your Yachtmaster is one of my grail pieces.
I want to order one for my 2011 Omega PO 45.5mm! I need the 22mm but I'm not sure about the length. My wrist is around 7 inches. Do I need the 150mm or 170mm version?
I have always wanted to experience a mesh bracelet, but my wrist is to big. Do you know if they make extensions like in the old days? How many links on the butterfly clasp would it take to fit loose on 8 7/8"?
I have your Staib butterfly clasp bracelet on my Seamaster SMP, Marc and I really like it. Actually this is just as well, because with the endlink only having springbar access on one side, I couldn’t get it off if I wanted too.
Hiya.I believe that a company called Rubber B make rubberish straps for high end watches and look pretty good too.Rolex is a bit stuck in the past but you are right. If it comes with the watch it is " the best" option you never had.
I bought one of these bracelets from Marc for my Omega Railmaster. It's a gorgeous combo. The quality, weight and finishing looks very appropriate for the watch.
I bought one from Long Island watch and love it. I got the thicker on on the right with the diver type clasp in satin. Originally put on a Breitling Super Ocean but it ended up on my Tudor Black Bay Blue and I love the look. Substantial but very comfortable. Benn on it for 2+ years so far. Been very happy with everything purchased from Long Island watch
Why the hell not. Rolex is a just a cash grab these days ... Designs have gone downhill... They won't expand to meet demand... They're not innovative. I mean Omega is the better brand these days. The Rolex name costs you at least a 2-6 thousand extra dollars.... If you can buy one. That Milanese meet strap definitely on par with the Rolex finishing. (It's really not all that impressive) Rolex would probably charge you $800 for one that looks just like it with their name on it... Maybe in their proprietary stainless steel.
Hey. I love the watch. Hoping to invest in one soon. I am not a fan of the look of that beautiful band on that watch though. Great video and description of those bands. Thanks! .
It's good to see that you actually wear your Yachtmaster. Many "watch people" spend a lot on watches they simply don't wear, that's too bad and a sin.✌🏽
Milanese straps reminds me of my childhood in the early seventies. These look like million dollar, Marc! They show quality and class.
Sure! Thank you
Staib actually makes the OEM Breitling mesh bracelets, so yeah, pretty high quality. I have one and I love it.
They also make the mesh bracelet for Omega for the No Time To Die Seamaster.
I wasn’t feeling these until I saw it on the Omega Bond watch and wow do they look great on divers, loving mine!
Yes, they do. My Squale is on one too.
Mesh bracelets have become very popular over the last couple of years, I wasn’t sure but having tried a few I’m hooked. The lack of taper is carried off far better than with a conventional link bracelet.

Mesh is my favorite type of bracelet. Super comfortable and durable, looks beautiful.
Totally agree!

Sounds awesome, thank you!
Very different take on the Yachtmaster. I agree, it looks good!
I think so too!
I'm a mesh fan. they just seem to go with almost any kind of watch.
Very true.
I was sceptical at first when being aware of them, but I agree. They are very versitile, and there's variations of them to fit most watches.
This is an old chain mail style made in Milan. Thick steel work like this is incredible

You on a ‘James Bond’ trip, with those, aren’t you, Mark.👍🏾😉
Well he is officially dead now.? Great film though as a Bond fan.Hang on how can I be a long time Bond fan when he is gone.? 007 movies from now on?
Not really a fan!
@@glennpowell3444 oh he will be back. The franchise makes too much money not to bring him back.
That bracelet looks fantastic on your Yacht Master.
It does!
can you educate us on the rouleau bracelet breitling uses on their chronomat? i want that bracelet but not that watch👍
Hi. Is this the matt or shiny? thanks

Nice looking alternatives! I love choices, I just hate making decisions lol. Thanks Marc and have a great day! 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
Thanks for watching.
Brother what do you think about Tissot Seastar?
Hi Mark....great video like always. Two questions: Do you have a printable wrist gauge on your site? And are these bracelets hair pullers? My times Q is unwearable with their mesh bracelet.
I do not have a gauge. These are not hair pullers.
Great bracelet . Looks fantastic. Perhaps I need one for my seamaster
You should!
Great video I think it’s a good look and will set one apart from falling into looking like everyone else with a Rolex sports model on wrist
That's very true.
Which bracelet do you have that is most like the Bond No Time To Die milanese?
Looks great to me! Is this the beginning of a "modding my Rolex" video series? 😏

The funny thing is that bracelet is cheaper than a set of spring bars from Rolex.
Interesting with at least two intriguinging applications in my collection but definitely next level pricing :(
Love how you don’t baby any of your watch’s 😅. You wear how they were intended!!!
Always!
Totally works!!
I do like a milanese, a satin one would look great on the Willard I've got coming 😘 Thanks Marc 👍🏻👍🏻
It sure would.
Rather feel the full weight on my wrist but nice alternative!👌
I have a Staib on my Omega 300 Seamaster.
Really cool options.
Thanks.

probably 3 or 4
So Rolex did make a ’Red October’ Islander hommage, right ?! 😏😅👍
Awesome video man, let's phenomenal actually.
Thank you

Im just about to purchase this for my smp300, good running into fellow collector with same mindset 😊
Gorgeous bracelet!.. Sadly most of people who wear Rolex only use rolex bracelets... you know what I mean...

They'll get mad at you if you put your own Rolex too lol. Omega fans will also do this.
True.
I bought one of these bracelets from Marc for my Omega Railmaster. It's a gorgeous combo. The quality, weight and finishing looks very appropriate for the watch.
Sounds sweet. They have good bulk to them.
Wondering how would it look on a date just ?
Odd, I say, at first. But then again, maybe not.
Can you swap the Staib clasp with an OEM
Great video 👍👍❤️👍

Are they wrist hair grabbers?
No.
Looks good to me...
I feel another Instagram counter coming on :-) I already follow both accounts :-)
I thought about it!
Nice
Thanks
Yep, most mesh are thin and they wouldn’t work on a substantial watch. These are gorgeous! Hmmmm.
BTW “Double Butterfly” is my favorite Heart album!
:)
Several " Bond comments" on here but where do we go from here? There is no more James Bond.Bad move to me.
Not a fan, so don't even know the context. Last Bond movie I saw was Living Daylights, LOL
@@islandwatch The best Bond Movie with Walken as the baddy.Roger Moore was a gem.

Hola
Once I finally get my Rolex, I plan to never take it off the bracelet.
This is the first time I've ever removed the bracelet, TBH

first:)

anxiously awaiting a "monster" delivery👍
Doesent suit the watch and looks ugly. It's a Rolex and i think no matter what braclet you put on it will be not good!
Your Samurai bracelet wasn't worthy of my Seiko. Terribly uncomfortable.
Did you buy a strap code hexad or an islander bracelet?
@@scbr2458 Islander. They were on special sometime last year.
Sorry to hear, it is quite a good seller, and I use one myself.
