Peters best drumming in a long time came with Alive 4. Never the best drummer but he's the reason why I love to play. Does a great job with Strutter here.
The wild thing for me is that I spotted one of my ex-girlfriends in the crowd here. What she was doing in Melbourne, I have no idea, and I had no idea she was a KISS fan (that's entirely my fault), but I am thrilled that she got to see this. I only wish I had.

And, finally, the third and the longest act: Band played many of their songs along with full Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. Also, during this act, for the first time, song called “Great Expectations” was performed live
I guess Peter kicked his addictions and got surgery to fix his carpal tunnel sometime in between the “Farewell” tour and this show. He hadn’t played this well since before the reunion 🥁
