Man, I miss that time when Kiss was a great band with great musicians (Eric and Bruce) It was a shame that they came out with that reunion BS. Today's Kiss is weak, even with Eric on board, now he's ask to play boring drums.

The sped up tempos were the idea of Gene and Paul, in an effort to not sound dated in a decade where music had gotten heavier. I hated the tempos of the live 1980s era KISS. But they weren't the sole idea of Eric Carr. Go back and listen to him on the 1980 tour with Ace still in the band. He played the normal tempos. The best thing the band ever did was stopped trying to make their classic songs sound like speed metal.
Paul y gene eran más honestos y siento que se sentían más cómodos así desgraciadamente los fans y la gente no acepto muy bien Revenge y menos Carnival of souls Kiss hizo un mejor grunge que Nirvana en ese disco y por eso tuvieron que regresar al maquillaje
As much as I am an Original lineup guy , they all sound phenomenal here …. I’m ok with the replacement guys , Eric C , Bruce, Vinnie , Tommy , Eric S etc … shit happens in bands and members come n go … I was totally cool with Eric C As the Fox . Etc… new characters ! Just hate that whole thing with the rights and putting Tommy and Eric S in Ace and Peter’s makeup .. it’s like half Kiss / half cover band …

Much prefer Eric Singer on drums, than Carr, the slower beat is miles better.
Carr really belonged to harder metal stuff. Getting in KISS was a wrong move for him
