Hey Man! I'm Trent with Blue Heron Services. (Located in Tualatin OR). I remember watching your Zoom Call with CompanyCam. Do you offer paid in-person coaching sessions? I would be ecstatic to learn from you. I hope this message finds you well! Thank You! -Trent @ Blue Heron

I love the channel and the content. If I may, I’m interested in understanding how you recruited your start-up dream team with no jobs scheduled? In other words... obviously you promised them a salary, and possibly a sign-up bonus. I’m assuming you had capital for this investment. I understand that you can’t episode every single detail. But... how do I gain this start up capital... with no leads for future investment income? A bank loan? Keep up the quality work!

You're correct, this model needs upfront capital. Banks generally don't loan to start-ups. Hard to find PE capital for these small blue collar ventures as well. Honestly, if you can't bootstrap with your own cash and start as a technician, then the second best option is to purchase an existing business with a SBA loan. They're super cheap now (10% down). Find a operator looking to retire that will finance 10%+ of the deal, then go get a SBA loan.

@@ArtKrishnamurti Not only do I appreciate your spirit of excellence displayed in your videos, I appreciate the detailed response. I wasn’t expecting it... but probably should have. Thank you.

Hey Brandon, did you have to practice writing backward for this video? Pretty impressive. 😉
    Thanks for sharing your journey.

How much startup cash are you fronting to get started? I don't mean that to be a personal question, but I'm curious how much capital you're fronting as a reference point to follow. Amazing content--these videos are so helpful
