I lived in NJ most of my life. This is either Bergen, Morris, Somerset or Hunterdon County. Regardless, you can bet the real estate taxes are every bit $30,000 a year if not more. NJ is outrageously expensive and you are taxed to death every time you you breathe. Living in sunny Florida now! No state income taxes. Yay!.
