Should've mounted your winch under the trailer and put a pulley at the top then all the stuff could just go right over top of it
Yeah wouldn't be to different either I'd modify it
I put my winch on the traer tongue and used fairleads to guide the cable under the trailer then over a pulley and bcak to the front and attached to the false wall. I also used 6 foot bed rail on the floor to guide the pusher wall.

So did you put a Winch in both sides of the Fence & just rotate it back and forth from winch to winch Pull/Push?🤔
