Even if they included MVP awards, Jordan had 5 and should have had 2 more. Plus he basically missed 2 full seasons when he retired between two 3-peats.
@@tkaki6029 Actually, he should have had 3 more instead. He also got robbed in 1993 by Charles Barkley. If MJ had actually gotten all the mvp he should have won, that means he would have won the mvp 6 times in a row from 1988 to 1993.
Why the disappointment when Jordan ranks so high? If Jordan had no competition, how did his teams get beat in the playoffs so much early in his career? If Lebron has so much competition in his era, does that make him an average competitor instead of a great one? The great ones have been known for eliminating the competition, not blend in with them.

This guy needs to cut that "era" stuff out. He's literally already reacted to multiple videos saying that either era doesn't matter, or that Jordan faced the same level, if not harder competition. Hasn't seen a single video that has both of them in it that says Lebron had a tougher time. The video that literally compared them point for point even broke down the wins of both of all their finals opponents, and Jordans came out higher. And that's leaving out that in Jordan's era you could you know. Breath on the opponent without it being a foul. You LITERALLY watched a video that explained to you that a third of all of Lebron's points are from dunks, and layups in an era where no one can TOUCH YOU. And you still think he's better. Blows my mind. At some point you just gotta say "No matter what proof, or evidence I'm shown. I'll never change my mind. I'm bias." Cause at this points it's crazy. If Jordan played in todays era where traveling isn't called, and you can't clothesline your opponent, he's break ever record in the books. And if Bron played in Jordans era, he'd get his neck broke every night. You've already watched a video that told you Bron's only like 33% shooting outside of 3 feet. Either start all your videos with "I'm a bias Lebron fan who will never change his mind." Or just stop reacting to these comparison videos. It's just sad at this point.
At some point you need to realize that after comparison after comparison...stats, rankings, best seasons, even most headbands worn in a game...and MJ keeps coming out on top waaaay more than anyone else including Lebron...it always seems to come down to "and then there's MJ way above everyone else"...just accept it already..Lebron fantastic but he's not the GOAT, that's still MJ 😁

Your competition argument is flawed. First of all, the top 4 season scores all came in Mike's Era. Also, Mike played against more players who made the list than lebron did.
Personally I think criteria was pretty spot on with the exception of All Star Game MVP because it doesn't mean anything really, but then again it only adds 5 points so it doesn't make a difference for the top 50 seasons of all time since.
Femitoodrippy, this just proves again that Michael Jordan is the Goat! Jordan had 10 or 11 of the greatest seasons in NBA history! Your little jab that he played against weaker competition is cap. Did you not analyze the chart? 23 out of the 50 greatest seasons were by players that played when Jordan was still in the NBA. One other gem I might add, Michael Jordan had the best season of any player at age 35 in NBA history and at age 40, he was still setting NBA records as the only player to score 40 points and average 22.4ppg at 40 years old.
It looked like you left without analyzing the facts that you observed. I appreciate a person who sticks to their beliefs, but when faced with statistics and facts and still unwilling to say the truth, well... All important measures say that Jordan is the GOAT. Oh, btw Jxmy has a video about which path to the NBA championship was the hardest also.
Well the reason why there are more players getting higher scores now is cause of how much faster the pace is today, due to the game being more offensive based rather than defensive. Faster pace = more possessions = more stat numbers.
you realize the reason players are getting higher scores in this thing these days is because of era. it doesn't account for rule changes to make the game easier to score. Offensive stats are bloated these days. and defensively the only thing included in this chart was defensive player of the year, not steals or blocks. yet he does points, assists and rebounds. it's an offensive stat oriented chart.
Jordan's competition was phenomenal but Jordan kept them from having comparable seasons because he was their competition. He made the All-Defensive Team 9 times because he was a dominant defender.
Bro didn't even want to look at the screen anymore after he saw jordan at the top😅... funny how some people who weren't even born back when mj was playing try to discredit his competition but you forget mj last year was bron first year so then he was playing against bums too people acting like the 90s was 50 years before bron time😂
Youngblood, yes we love old school. No load management, no tanking, no flopping, no spacing, just playing the game because it was the game. Gladiator against gladiator. B-ball old-school style. Lebron "Juice" James can't touch MJ case closed.
Pure, unadulterated FACTS... no flash, DEFINITELY NO FLUFF... PERIOD. Even though you are presented with the TRUTH... you STILL deny the fact that MJ is, even amongst the ALL TIME GREATS, in a LEAGUE of his own. That's why he is THE G-O-A-T. MIC DROP 🎤.
Its funny how you try to argue about the fact that Jordan didnt had competition when he talked about 2009 year. But then you actually didnt talk about the fact that 5 of the best 7 peaks of this score was from players of the Jordan era. And the top25 of this score only 10 were form the last decade or more. And this video can't be used to determine Bill Russel, Wil or Oscar Robertson scores. They would have been close to Michael's. It's not even close. The problem is that you can't reason with a LeBron fan like you.
Numbers don't lie, MJ is the GOAT by far (no surprise there). Some people are just in denial longer than other people. Eventually they'll accept the truth.
this shuts down ANY talk or debate about who the REAL G.O.A.T. is in the NBA...it's obvious to millions around the world that it's MJ all day, every day!! He owns 6 of the Top 10 spots and 8 of the Top 24 Best Seasons...and if that doesn't make your eyes water a little, MJs 1985 season (#42 on the list) was better than his 1998 season (#47)...and then to discover that MJ owns the Best Peak among all other NBA legends and superstars says it all...I would've loved to see where Jerry West, Bill Russell, and Wilt Chamberlain would've landed...what a great job by Jimmy HighRoller...✌
Another interesting g thing if you notice lebron and wade had one of the best seasons in nba history in 09' and guess qhat lebron did next year team up wth wade in Miami lol..to win. Lebron fans gotta understand theirs aevel between trash and goat, he's a great player just not the greatest. You say MJ competition wasn't as good but you don't even know many players from that era..make it make sense my guy...in 09 besides the celtics one year run tge east only had derrick rose and Gilbert arenas, and u think that's competition lol. And the other two guys who gave him competition in east he teamed up with bosh and wade..you gotta be more objective and use context for both players my guy....unless this a bron propaganda and bash MJ(for what reason is the confusing part)channel or reasonable discussion choose one my brother lol
I've been going to games in the 90s up to last year.. an when some kid trys saying this competition today is tougher its laughable😅. Defense is almost non existent today. The physicality and intensity is glaringly missing. It's all just assumptions made by kids who didn't grow up watching both eras
I'm glad you brought up not only physicality but intensity. When I was playing in 80s and 90s at rec centers and parks the games were a lot more physical and intense - just like the NBA. I'm in my mid-50s now and when I go ball it is so easy to get to the bucket, no ones is boxing out in the low-blocks and the tenacity is as extinct as Wooly Mammoth tusks. These youngsters are soft as Monistat cream.
Its seems like blocks, steals and offensive rebounds should be counted twice, because that alters the game more, offensive players had to think twice knowing their shots or passes would be blocked or stolen, MVP's matter because that usually determined the championship or runner up, assist should be like times 1.5 because that's 2 points or more, and in reality, the rules are different, couldn't travel or carry or palm the ball while dribbling and taking an extra step and step back 3s, that was called in earlier times
Dude @ 9:20, you remind me of Scottie Pippen “migraine headache “ when he had to play the 7th game (1990 Eastern Conference finals) vs the Bad Boys Pistons. Just saying
WHY DO YOU Keep trying to minimize MJ because you like Lebron? MJ would do even better in today's league. You even have a lot of former players saying this. Detroit and the Knicks used to beat him up and he STILL kept coming for your throat. Now you can't touch him, and he has more space to work??? Oh yeah! You have no clue as to how physical it was back then. They would beat these players' a$$es. You see how well he would do just from looking at KOBE.
Dudes are supposed to be rational and logical, not emotional. You don't make sense man. Because MJ is better???? Come on man. LBJ can still be your favorite player and you should still be able to admit the truth.

@@sosasosa5530And Shannon is old enough to know better. He was alive and in the NFL in the 90s. He actually SAW Jordan play. He knows they ain't even close.
Nah. Due to rules change. Score inflation is inevitable. Plus, Larry and Magic has gotten 5 years stretch on peaks more than the others. Plus, that's just individual. It doesnt say as a team and what Jordan has as a team.
The state of these Lebron fans, they’re so cringe and need to lie just to big up their idol. Says Lebron was dropping 40 in the 2016 Finals. A bare faced lie. He averaged 29.7 ppg & 8.9 assists. The greatest Finals is Jordan in 91 (31.2, 11.4) or 93 (41ppg), Giannis in 2021, all better than Lebron in 2016 Dude’s face was a picture seeing Jordan dominate the top but then collapsed when he saw 1988 😂 Lebron fans need to stop sexualising him and just comment on the game impartially and anyone can see Jordan is far and away the GOAT on every metric other than longevity which is all Lebron has and is why he’s still playing Dude was so butthurt he couldn’t even mention Jordan’s complete dominance in his conclusion 😂
You, who never watched a single game claim that Jordan faced no competition. Worse yet, you state that garbage about seasons where Bulls struggled to get into the playoffs, or couldn't pass first round. I know you will continue making more videos like this. And I know you will never watch the games you discuss as "no competition." FYI: its easier to score in today's NBA. European players confirmed that if the NBA simply used Euroleague rulrs, most players would struggle to score 30. Luka Doncic, Giannis confirmed that also. But, you do not care. I will block this channel
When lebron's dude still expect their hero can beat jordan as the greatest player... keep dreaming booys... LOL Lebron just better in making records because his longevity, individual achievenent? Can't keep up... stats per game? Still Jordan better... so stop comparing those guy
😂😂😂 the denial is crazy. if you want to make lbj the goat you have to add 10 pts for travelling and 20 pts for flop plus 1 point for each time he cries to the ref.
There's a name missing from this list. Larry Legand in 1986. In my opinion, that was the greatest season for any player ever. I do not care what the numbers say. I know that that 1 player made all of his teammates look like all-stars. The number one problem with statistics is that the dirty work does not show up in stats. Examples; The player boxes out a great rebounders so another teamate can grab the rebound or the dive to save a loose ball. Or getting the key steal at the opportune time even if that is the only steal of the season. Analytics are overrated because they do not account for every single factor like the dirty jobs.
86 Bird was amazing, and the criteria used in the video(although is a solid one) can't be used as 100% proof of what the best seasons were. Afterall, not everything is about stats. Bird did a lot off ball, and the Celtics had a collective style, meaning the ball wasn't in Bird's hands a lot. I' think 1989 Jordan was better than the 1988 one, despite 1988 being his best season by the criteria. That being said, I can't go with Bird's 86 being the #1 due to the defensive side. If Bird was one of the best defenders in the league in 86,maybe I could make the case. But when I think of the best players in their primes, 84-88 Bird will certainly come to mind. I wouldn't make a top10 without him.

I appreciate a person who sticks to their beliefs, but when faced with statistics and facts and still unwilling to say the truth, well... All important measures say that Jordan is the GOAT. Oh, btw Jxmy has a video about which path to the NBA championship was the hardest also.
A wise man would.. He’s a fan boy!
Well the reason why there are more players getting higher scores now is cause of how much faster the pace is today, due to the game being more offensive based rather than defensive. Faster pace = more possessions = more stat numbers.
Yup
you realize the reason players are getting higher scores in this thing these days is because of era. it doesn't account for rule changes to make the game easier to score. Offensive stats are bloated these days. and defensively the only thing included in this chart was defensive player of the year, not steals or blocks. yet he does points, assists and rebounds. it's an offensive stat oriented chart.
And the thing is Jimmy highroller is a big Lebron fan he’s just not bias and show what the numbers are telling him 🤷🏽♂️
This guys hate and denial for Jordans greatness is comical. Take the bron binki outta your mouth bro. Damn lol.
Jordan's competition was phenomenal but Jordan kept them from having comparable seasons because he was their competition. He made the All-Defensive Team 9 times because he was a dominant defender.
Greatest athlete on 2 legs = MJ
Greatest athlete on 4 legs = Secretariat
Adding mvp will make jordan up there more. Lol! He got 5 of them.
Your head is starting to hurt, good
Yo this guy said harden or Westbrook lolol😂
At yhe beggining he admits that those have had better seasons than lebron
MJ 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
🙏🙏🙏🤘🤘🤘🤘
MIC DROP 🎤.
MJ 在遠處 獨自閃耀著🌟🌟 耀眼🥰
Dude. You're such a LeBron stan. It's okay to have a favorite player who is the best player of his generation but who isn't the GOAT.
So Who was Hakeem, Malone and David Robison, Shaq, T-mac Etc Lol... They all are all on the list😃
The disappointment in his voice is hilarious 🤣
I mean it has to be Wilt 61-62 season averaging 50 points and almost 26 rebounds and with 54% true shooting while playing 48 minutes a game
..so as magic said..it Mj then everybody else
The shade is craazzzyy!🤣🤣🤣
but What is the song at the beginning
The goat forever timeless
It’s like basketball fans can’t enjoy having so many legends lol they can only like one it seems and have to downplay the others.
I thought this boy’s gonna cry🤣🤣🤣
My brother wake up if you don't know now you know welcome to the real world
D.Rob and Shaq weren't MJ's competition.
Gotcha bruv
Emotional damage 😂
This dude trollin... he know MJ is the GOAT😂
Dudes are supposed to be rational and logical, not emotional. You don't make sense man. Because MJ is better???? Come on man. LBJ can still be your favorite player and you should still be able to admit the truth.
Hello do u realize we live in the 🌈 era
That’s why he’s emotional like that
Look at Shannon the top lebron fan
Was exposed for being 🌈 and having a secret lover stylist
@@sosasosa5530And Shannon is old enough to know better. He was alive and in the NFL in the 90s. He actually SAW Jordan play. He knows they ain't even close.
LOL, I see we're now attaching era's as the reason for the #'s
Look up hater in the dictionary your picture should be there
Nah. Due to rules change. Score inflation is inevitable. Plus, Larry and Magic has gotten 5 years stretch on peaks more than the others. Plus, that's just individual. It doesnt say as a team and what Jordan has as a team.
Wilt Chamberlain would probably have the top spot if his season that he score 50 points and 25 Rebounds per game, were included.
Probably, lol. He's already got most of the unbreakable records out there other than all time totals.
Yeah Wilt's numbers from his first 5 years were insane.
But Wilt's Stats would be missing Championships, and Finals MVPs, so he actually may not be at the top despite that.
just imagine an old MJ scoring 30-40 points in wizards w/o to much of 3’s….what else more into his prime if we put him now….
The state of these Lebron fans, they’re so cringe and need to lie just to big up their idol.
Says Lebron was dropping 40 in the 2016 Finals. A bare faced lie.
He averaged 29.7 ppg & 8.9 assists. The greatest Finals is Jordan in 91 (31.2, 11.4) or 93 (41ppg), Giannis in 2021, all better than Lebron in 2016
Dude’s face was a picture seeing Jordan dominate the top but then collapsed when he saw 1988 😂
Lebron fans need to stop sexualising him and just comment on the game impartially and anyone can see Jordan is far and away the GOAT on every metric other than longevity which is all Lebron has and is why he’s still playing
Dude was so butthurt he couldn’t even mention Jordan’s complete dominance in his conclusion 😂
Damn, I didn’t know Jordan was THAT great. That 1988 season is unbelievable.
Also remember the game today was made easier. So those numbers above 2010 are a lil embellished On talent and still jordan is in whole other level.💯
When reality hit you hard. 😂
Wasn't better competition just an softer and easier league to play in to be honest.
10:39 DAMN MJ , 32, 8 , 8 , JORDAN PLAY PG SOME OF THOSE YEARS , until Phil Jackson step in with the TRIANGLE.
😂😂😂 the denial is crazy. if you want to make lbj the goat you have to add 10 pts for travelling and 20 pts for flop plus 1 point for each time he cries to the ref.
I think you’re confusing dominance with “ no competition “.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dude you need to read you comment. You have what is called pretzel logic.
Dude, is fine to be lebrons fan. Just stop trying to put him in the same room than mj 😅
Aye bro lebron didn't average 40 points in 2016 bro he had one 40 point game in game one bro cool out
There's a name missing from this list.
Well thats the thing intangibles can not be measured on stat sheets, so how do we realy measure who had the best season ever, or who is the goat?
With that analogy draymond green was better then laryy bird
@@tonyis_lit1137 Draymond is not better than anyone. Donkey Green can stick to his tripple singles.
@@davidschmidt1793 this TH-camr of dislikes Larry Bird. Or, anyone not named Lebron
Deep down you know
That macaroni and cheese is the best food ever
Goat MJ!!
SPOILER: Stacked superteam alert
😂
You keep begging for this TORTURE ey???
4:11 adding MVP would have been a bad idea. He wouldn't have found the true best season.
