I have a 2016 Suburban. The GPS navigation works, however, the compass needs to be calibrated and the gps on the nav screen has an X through it.. How do I fix that?

Yes. But you may not need a new radio, it may repairable. Call 407-977-5100 and select option 2. They'll diagnose the issue and make the necessary repairs if possible.
