Best instructions I've found so far. I recommend using a magnet or a piece of tape to keep the tiny screws from wandering off. Draw a diagram to keep them in order if necessary.

I changed out the screen, it powers on but the touch screen part of it still don't work.

Is the secondary adhesive required for the screen to fit correctly?
just in case anyone is wondering, no the adhesive is not required. I did this without, and it's working perfectly.
The adhesive is not a requirement, however it does add some water resistance and a little extra protection from dust.
You didn’t plug the battery 🔋 afterwards
