Thank you Frank. Yes when I first started the bureau I thought “this piece looks like the way I feel.” 😂 I think that’s why I spent so much extra time on it. I felt a bond with it. Now it’s in a better condition than me 🙊 thank you for watching… I’m glad you liked the matchstick idea. ❤️

He's quite the athlete. Now, onto the desk.... This made me so emotional. Not quite sure why. I absolutely loved that you didn't completely restore this piece to make it look brand new. You did the right amount of badly needed repairs, and retained the original finish. Brava!!! It turned out quite beautiful, and yet it retained so many memories of it's past. You really did an awesome job, and as always, I can't wait for your next video. Stay well, my friend.

It was croaky and then going altogether and I was having to take a break and drink cough medicine 🙈 got there in the end 😂 So funny that you knew where my intro was leading too. I like to take the Micky out of myself. My friend is over the moon with the desk, so is her mum ❤️ made it all the more meaningful to me. Oh yes, Sully is quite the character. Charlie is top dog but Sully tries to push his luck with him. He’s a crazy boy! So lovely to hear from you. I hope you are well. ❤️

I'm sure that the grandmother is smiling down upon you now. You have restored this to a piece that anyone would be proud to own! I treasure even the smallest item that any ancestor previously owned--a piece of furniture, an old coin and an old cookbook to name a few.
