As an audio engineer they need to sound proof the room. and not just throw up some foam panels either. She sounds like she is talking inside a closet.
Take down the sheetrock, fill the walls with rockwell material (they can get that at home depot). Then buy Quiet-Rock panels 1" thick and replace the sheetrock walls with it.
They also need some outboard gear for that new microphone they are "supposedly" working on getting.
Also Tang-top shirt tucked in faded jeans with no belt doesn't look good on camera. need a better wardrobe. cover up the shoulders & look more professional please.

Content was good, but the sound quality was awful. Maybe invest in a quality mic, because who is going to want to take training from your company if that is going to be the quality of the audio

Sometimes it is better to stick to something that works just fine
visual studio for mac themes are a complete mess! to many incompatible file types. you would think a company like microsoft would have things finalised and 100% before going ahead
