I make tons of woods signs/wood trays all sizes, I spray paint all my stencils, I have zero bleeding and zero touch-up, as long as the weather, surface and spray paint are what's the proper temperature. When I make large pieces I tape newspaper over where I don't want to spray, it works great. And it's super quick. I've stenciled over stencils, it always comes out great, if it's a little on the cooler side I will use a heat gun as I take my stencil and tape off to prevent any peeling of the base/surface. Because I spray paint I don't have to put any kind of mod podge or sealer down or the base paint color over my stencil, I just put the stencil on and spray.

Beautiful Pumpkin sign. Can you tell me what font you used?
Thank you! The font is called "sugar dream" 😊
What material do you use to make your stencils?? Vinyl?
I use oramask 813 stencil film - I added a link to where I get it from in the description box.
