Loved the technique you used for prepping the wood. Not only can I use up my scrap wood, but I can also use a lot of my napkins! Yes, I am a napkin horder. I loved all the projects, but what I love the most is your commentary. Thanks for inspiring us and also for giving us laughter. You are the best!
@gertgerenser1975 I do use pay pal. But. What happened is there was no order for me to fill. If you go on the website and scroll down and click on the napkins in the shop tab. You then let me know which bundle you want that way. It creates an order with a number for me to fill it and removes the stock from my inventory!! Then it asks you to pay!! I hope that helps!! Don't be sorry!! I AM SORRY! If I knew what you wanted I would have sent it but did not want to keep holding your money until I got in touch with you! That didn't seem right to me

To solve the problem on the chip out on the back side of your wooden tags Just clamp another piece of wood to the back side before you drill, and it will not blow out the back of the tag

Hey Brandi!!! I LOVE YOUR ARTWORK!!! Girlfriend, these projects are GORGEOUS!!! The first plank riser reminds me of all the cedar wood my dad used to make crafts from, that he harvested from our land in Va.! We had our own forest! Lol...But the last project brought together the beautiful wood grain and what a Beautiful Painting of the "Wishies"!!!! (my kids and I call them wishies too!) Thank you for such an awesome video...I mean, all the others are perfection too! 🥰🙏🙌❤
Tip for you. When drilling the hole using the spade bit (or any larger drill bit) put a piece of sacrificial wood underneath it. This will stop the tearing out of the wood underneath.
2:04 it's called blowout. Place another chunk of scrap wood underneath where you're drilling and drill through your piece and into it and it won't do that. 😊

So, I get my Napkins from everywhere. I do not think there isnt a store I do not go in I am not hunting for these! On my browsing channel I show tons of Napkins in stores when I find them. A few places is Home goods, TJ maxx, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls and Amazon.. As for The printed tissue paper I personally can never find good paper I love and want to use. So, I am working on a solution for that!

Try putting a bit of painters tape on the wood before drilling

When i drill holes I use painters tape or masking tape whatever I have handy and I don't have any blowout
Drill through the wood with a tiny bit before using your paddle bit and it will keep the wood from cracking 😁

How/where can I learn when and how to use the wax?
I see you and others use it & it totally mystifies me. 🤔
There are all kinds of different waxes. This antique wax I treat mostly like an acrylic paint. Only it takes longer to dry and it is a bit greesy
