Adventures By Disney Day 3! | Room Tour, Disneyland Fun & World Of Color!

- In today's video we head out on day 3 of our Adventures By Disney Southern California Escape! We wanted to give a huge thank you to Disney for providing this experience for us. We start off the day with a trip into Disneyland to see Walt's original Magic Kingdom before any other guests arrive at the park. It was really neat to see Main Street USA empty with the exception of a few Cast Members completing last minute preparations for the day guests. We went to a character breakfast at the Plaza Inn restaurant and sat in the solarium, a place Walt used to enjoy eating. After breakfast we started a full day of behind the scenes tours which included tours of the maintenance bays of Indiana Jones, Radiator Springs Racers, and a look behind the screen of Soarin' Around The World. This day was one of the only times lunch wasn't provided for us on our Adventures By Disney tour so we had a quick sampling of some of the offerings from California Adventure's Food and Wine Festival. Also during some down time in the tour we did a room tour of our room at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel. Although lunch was not included today, dinner at Flo's V8 Cafe was and we dined to the sounds of Radiator Springs Racers zooming by! After dinner we rode a few rides to take up the time until World of Color which we had a prime viewing location for because of the Adventures By Disney tour. So once again thank you to Disney for providing this experience for us and please join us tomorrow for the next leg of our trip where we head on a quick Disney Cruise!

I like to imagine there's a group of theme park birds that get together and talk about how much they appreciate the recognition Tim has given them over the years. They compare cameos and critique the songs.
I feel like the birds love Tim. My favorite was when he went "ooh a Japanese bird" in Tokyo Disneyland.

I am OBSESSED with World of Color! It makes me cry every time. I have no idea why. I love fireworks but WoC just hits me
Personally, the World of Color show is my favorite before Happily Ever After came around. I think it has the best sound track out of all of the shows, and I feel like you can truly experience it in different ways depending on where you are standing in the crowd. But hey, I completely get the appeal of fireworks shows, especially at Disney, it is just a different kind of magic when it's right beside the castle!
We should start a drinking game every time Tim says "Spirit Jersey" or "Tervis Tumbler." :D

As an Anaheim native, I can tell you that you can hear the Disneyland fireworks for miles lol. I can hear them from my apartment every night.
Oh ... I love World of Color. It makes me cry. Every. Single. Time. I think it's the insanity of putting moving pictures on water. It's moving to see how talented and creative people are. That to me is magic. Being able to sit there and ignore whatever is going on in the world and just appreciate how beautiful some lights and water can be... and to think that someone could figure out how to make it all work... totally blows my mind. *nerd rant over.* :)

I enjoy every video (especially Disney), and these last few videos are getting me so excited for our Disneyland trip next week! You both deserve these Disney perks. I rode Jessie's when it soft opened. While in the queue, i noticed that most people worn the safety strap. When i got on, a little next to me, said " even parents have to wear it for safety" I laughed, and said " I'm not a parent, but thank you" As Tim said, It' move so slow. It's Great for kids of all ages. The theming is perfect! Well done Disney.
