Before tightening the pinch bolts on the bottom of the fork legs pump the forks up and down a few times to allow the axle to align in the forks properly or you can experience misalignment of the forks which can cause binding of the suspension and premature wear on the seals.

You also might want to lube the axle before you reinstall it.
Always put the nut on the axle so that it protects the threads.

I would recommend taking the axle out the other side. Never hit on the threaded side.
True but if it was really locked up. Then yea. If you know what you're doing. You'll be good.
he did use a no bounce hammer. So what he hit it with was softer than the axle.
Any footage of getting the front wheel out since you didn’t show it being removed with the fender on?
Jack the front end high enough and the Wheel will roll off. You don't have to remove the brake caliber at all.
Got it. Unfortunately I don’t have a lift which goes that high. I had to remove the fender but I got her swapped
Mine isn't a 14mm 🤦♂️ just went and bought a new set of allen key sockets and I'm thinking mine is a 16, and go figure mine goes from 14 to 17 lol
