Here we go finally bringing you episode 6! and what an impact we have made in this one. Thank you to everyone involved, watching this video and who have donated via the GoFundMe. Still have big plans to come for part 7 and we have hit some hurdles already but the goal is happening. We will have Norman Water tight for Winter and his house will be so much warmer! If you would like to help then that is greatly appreciated -www.gofundme.com/f/uvhxz-helping-norman
I just thought it would be on show and a great way to raise the money, should have looked into the fees it charges. For the next project we can do it differently for sure
I’m so delighted and as you might say (I’m chuffed) that you shared my poem with him. I can’t wait to see the rest of the video and progress you’ll do.
That was lovely. Have you thought of doing a collab with a cleaner for the inside? Check out Mack at Midwest Magic Cleaning, you lot would be the best comedic group since the muppets 😅
There's been a lawn near my place getting quite long. After watching your videos, I decided to pop over and offer some help. The gentleman had a stroke in 2017 and his sons live on the other side of the state so they can't help much. I got the front lawn all tidied up and weeded the garden. It was a great feeling and I really only had the thought to do it from your videos saying to go out and spread some love. I'm so glad I did, it was a great feeling helping someone in need. keep up the great work boys
This is an incredible achievement, Ben. You could have just cleaned up his garden for a video, instead you saw a human need for help and for contact. To organise this on his behalf and to not stop at just a surface clean-up... well, you deserve an MBE or something! You, your Dad and everyone who's joined in to help you out. To see Norman coming to life again through this series has been magic and to know he's going to be warmer and looking out of clean and solid windows this winter.... it's just amazing. Thanks for letting us be a small part of it.
I strongly agree. The king should award you for you and your Dad’s service to the less fortunate people of your country especially the elderly. 👍🏻❤️🧓🏻🇺🇸Texas.
Honestly RJ thank you! You don’t understand how lifting comments like this are, it had been a tough week at Normans but this reception from everyone for the new video has made me feel very proud. Couldn’t of done it with each and everyone of you!
Nothing I can say would top the comments you've already gotten, especially on this Norman series. Although I watched each Norman video as it appeared, today I started back on the first one and binge watched them again . Seeing them that way added emotional impact. I can't outdo the positive comments you've already gotten but I had to join with the other commenters and add my voice. Not only do we see Norman opening like a humble little blossom through these episodes, a new level of confidence for you and your dad is also evident. Possibly you might consider reediting slightly and post a longer version of the Norman series. Just a thought since I was personally moved above and beyond the individual videos. Family time, your dad, the occasional helpers, your simple sense of humor and humility are greatly appreciated in our home. I desire all the best good fortune for you because you become good fortune personality in the lives of those you help. That is a bona fide evidence of love. That is why your followers appropriately love you and look forward to any new/next video. Pennsylvania.
@@FlawlessCleaningServices I only just discovered your channel and watched the last video of Norman’s before this one. I told my senior neighbour about your videos and she wished there were people like you where we live in Canada helping out others.

Considering all the horrible news we are being fed with, it’s wonderful to see this and know there are still good people in the world helping each other. Thank you, Ben and gang!
Ben and Norman have been life changing. In US. We had an ice storm neighbor was out of town. Me and another neighbor. Got branches out the street and cleared driveway so when she got home she could get in the garage. We didn't ask any from her. It is what we do.
There’s a lot of good things happening with people or a community too but unfortunately the news never reports it. If you ever notice at the end of a news broadcast, the last couple of minutes, they always leave off with someone or a whole community doing something great for others or just one person doing good for someone else, or someone accomplishing something good. Even a funny video, so the news leaves off on a good note so we’ll be happy and forget all the bad news we just saw.
Oh Ben, I am so happy you and your father chose not to walk away from Norman. I have given twice, but will go out again. Some friends have asked why I would give money to someone in another country. We are all of one ...we are here on Earth to help. If you feel the urge to give, please give. You were brought to this channel for a reason. Norman, I was in tears. I am 72 and live in Grain Valley, Missouri. It makes me so happy to know that you will be warm and safe from the cold. Because my ancestors came over to Jamestown, I am related to about 25% of all English people. The house improvements are wonderful, but you and your father have given Norman more than that. You have given him friendship and love. Thank you for caring.
I agree.. I live in springfield.. Norman’s a treasure and this man’s work is priceless, he could have just cleaned his yard.. but he saw a need and fulfilled it.. amazing man.. amazing team!

11:18 I’m crying like a baby seeing Norman help you guys! I have depression and is not easy to battle with it, but watching humans being humane is heartwarming. Thank you for always being so kind and not judgmental. This means everything!
Yes they are real treasures. Perhaps Norman will pass some on under the proviso they are restored and used in a small home of some sort. I was amazed they all came out mostly intact.
Those stained glass windows looked antique, definitely art deco in style. Even with the state some of them were in, they could be worth some money! Cheers to you, your dad, and all that helped this lovely man out! I’m glad he will be warmer this winter!
The crew that installed the windows were so professional and meticulous. I wish we had a crew like that here in the USA. Paul, your sense of humor probably makes such hard tasks a lot easier to accomplish. You and Ben are such a great team that exemplifies, a strong work ethic, love, kindness and compassion for those less fortunate.
@nmp6338 What are you talking about?! lol.. We do have crews like this in the U.S.A.! There are many people here in America who help people of need for their yards and homes to be cleaned and fixed up and a lot of those crews, companies, don’t charge the homeowners anything. What’s with people from the U.S. that watch a video and assume we don’t have what they have from just one video? lol.. Apparently, you haven’t taken notice how there’s so many people who ask for help to clean and fix their home, or kind neighbors help their neighbor that are in need. And you must have not watched shows on t.v. that go out and fix someone’s older home that’s falling a part but they can’t afford to fix it. There’s tons of videos of American people out there doing the same thing going on now. Even my mom’s next door neighbor helped fix her old garage with new lighting and took out the over grown bamboo that was growing from his side of the yard into my mom’s side of the garage that she couldn’t get too because she’s 81 and has arthritis. And he didn’t charge her anything and bought the new lights for my mom so she can see much better if she needs to go in her back storage house and her garage. My moms other neighbor recommended a company who can fix the old windows of her home and because they likes my mom, and she’s on a fixed income, they gave her a huge discount and also put in four free new double pane windows to save on her heating and air condition bills. It’s a shame that an American watches a video from another country when they do something fun or good for others in their town, and the American comments the same exact sentence, “I wish they had that in America”! We do!!! Lol… Of course we do! Or another same old tired phrase, “If only we had people like you, the world would be a better place”..Or, “We need more people like you, then the world would be a better place”… Americans who seem to bash their own country, is sickening and it just proves, they never step out of their own house to notice anything that’s around them. Watch more American videos of people helping each other, giving food, clothing, cleaning someone else’s home, cleaning up a yard, even giving gifts and money to people or to families. You’ll be amazed and happy that we do have these crews and companies who do the same things as they do and everywhere else.. I think it’s millennials or gen z, or anyone under 30 years old, who are so closed minded or just clueless about life outside their own home. Scary! Lol 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
@@JMarieCAlove Hi, should have mentioned my city, Detroit, Mi, we have 40,000 empty, derelict homes in the city limits alone. I have worked for Habitat Humanity and yes we have kind, skilled volunteers but not enough to make a dent in this city. Our SENIOR, tax paying homeowners are suffering and their homes lose so much value. So often their blocks are full of empty homes because the landlords and renter tenants allow homes to become vandalized or in disrepair after evictions. Detroit had 10,000 evictions in 2022. I taught at our University for many years and tried to recruit YOUNG people for Habitat for Humanity. Younger volunteers are in short supply. I have lived in the city all my life. There is so much that we homeowners have to deal with. It is very rare that contractors offer assistance to those In THE CITY LIMITS for free.
@@JMarieCAloveooooooo that hit a nerve! If you thought about it, perhaps people say these things because they don’t know!!! Maybe they have no experience of people helping others. From the news we get here in the UK, there are a LOT of VERY selfish ‘I’m-alright-Jack people in the US who don’t care about others in their pursuit of money!
You, your dad and all those that helped you help Norman really deserve the best in life, its amazing to see Norman come out of his shell and even more to see his home get the needed work done. Love seeing the boys getting ready for Santa 💖
How many people would be so willing to help Norman whose a stranger boggles my mind. He looks like a happy guy and humbled by how much people care for him
One thing about the UK is keeping the old houses alive and well. It is really nice to see and interesting to watch the restoration of keeping them going. There is some remarkable skill involved in some of that renovation.
Ben you are absolutely brilliant 🥇! Thank you Paul and everyone that helped by donating money, time and watching and subscribing to Flawless Cleaning. Norman home is getting a much needed renovation and Norman is getting rejuvenated and involved with the renovations. This video just warms my heart ♥️. What is great you all are having fun doing the work. Ben bless you and your family, thank you for the big big heart you have 🙏🏼🌟🌹😊.
Seeing Norman come out of his shell and smile because someone cares. The many worldwide who donated and Ben, Dad, all the wonderful helpers are making a difference for the good. This truly warms my heart. Thanks to all for their kindness & care. Blessed 🙌🌟💖
Bravo to all the men cleaning the yard, replacing all the rotted windows, food provided, and the people who generously donated money to give this gentle soul a warm and safer home! God bless you!
Absolutely amazing! What you and your Dad have done for Norman deserves a lot more than a thank you. Also those who donated to GoFundMe, you are all wonderful, especially in these costly times. Watched from start, can’t believe the difference to this house. Much needed help for an aged pensioner. I also want to shout out to the professionals who installed new windows, fixed render and put up new guttering. God Bless you all, from Australia 🇦🇺 ❤😊😊😊😊😊
All of you guys have hearts of gold for what you are doing for Norman right along with everyone who donated money to help! It warms my heart to see the elderly get this kind of help to ensure they stay warm and toasty in cold and damp weather. Their resistance to illness isn't as good as a younger person's. You will be so much happier in a warm environment and healthier, too! God Bless all involved and God Bless you, Norman!
This is just incredible! Norman can stay warm and dry through the winter now, thanks to your kindness! You did a wonderful thing here and I know Norman cannot believe his good fortune. He seems a different person from the first episode, when he was depressed and withdrawn. Now he is smiling and joking and even trying his hand with power tools! Bravo! ❤️🇨🇦
There are so many companies and people to be grateful to for their contribution of services, time, and support to help Norman. Their collaboration with Ben goes beyond what words can possibly say - THANK YOU each and all.
Including yourself David! Thank you so much, i’ve been worrying about this for so long now that it’s out it’s such a relief. Feels like such a community feel to it! Here’s to the next one 😊
Here in the USA, on Thursday, we celebrated our Thanksgiving holiday and count our blessings. Ben, Norman has so many reasons to count his blessings. His blessings are you, your dad, Gary, Lee, Jack, Aaron, Brett and all of the crew and the donations that made his home-his castle. What an uplifting video. Norman, you are such a lovely man and you have so many friends around the world who truly care about you. You are truly blessed. May all your days be happy ones.
Knowing that he and his partner are going to be warm, dry, and safe this winter must put y’all at ease having been through all this! Norman deserves it all and more!
Take a look at Norman in the first video and now. He just looks like he's feeling lively! Like this spark was found and is lighting him back up! I love all the help you've gotten and your family and friends and associates pitching in. Thank you and look forward to the next video!
From the small glimpses in the video, poor Norman's house looks like it is in desperate need of modernisation and updating. It is a very compasionate and generous act that you are undertaking, with the help of your donators to help ensure Norman is looked after! Very well done Team, i know you dont do it for the recognition but you bring joy to your customers and you should be proud of your achievements Ben and Dad!

Love that, I just couldn't sit by and do nothing.. I wanted to try and get Norman watertight. The community behind these videos has blown me out of the water with their generosity
Love his bones he wanted to be so involved. Ben you and your family have done so much more than just clean up Normans place…you have given him his smile back and a reason to be happy. I have absolutely loved this series. Keep up the incredible work ❤❤❤
Amazing work guys. Norman is going to be so much warmer this winter due to your actions. It was good to see Norman joining in - go Norman!! Thanks to all the people who have contributed to this wonderful transformation, your generosity is clearly appreciated. 😍
Lol British men are so precious with their little handsaws. When I watch renovation with the yanks they come up swinging with their sledgehammers! Same result half the time. But it's lovely you're giving back to the communit your heart's second to none.
I think he needs cleaners to go into his house plus decorators, you guys are just amazing the work your doing for this man says a lot about you soo kind and thoughtful ❤️❤️❤️
What an amazing accomplishment, you and your Dad, and everyone else who pitched in to help with this massive transformation, for Norman's house. Thank you, thank you and thank you all for helping out the lovely Norman. God bless you all!!!!!!
I feel privileged to watch this incredible transformation, thank you. God bless Noman and God bless all who have worked so hard to make this difference.
Bless your hearts Ben and Paul and all your helpers. I think you've found your calling. What you have done for Norman to make his life more comfortable has warmed my heart and brought tears to my eyes. This is what it's all about. Helping those who need a little or a lot no matter the reason is just the right thing to do. Making new friends along the way is a wonderful bonus. Looking forward to the next installment of this journey with Norman.
Norman is enjoying the company {visitors/workers} as well as getting to be outside and watching the enormous transformation of his home. You guys are fantastic to undertake thus project!
Thank you Ben. So good to see Norman again, and how well he’s doing. He’s turned the corner of letting the world in again getting rid of that bush out front. That says a lot.❤️ The drone caught my eye, I thought it was a big insect!!😳🤣 Shout out to ABBA fans everywhere…your dad’s Dancin’ Queen’ was fabulous!🎶😉 What an amazing bunch of fellas on site, everybody workin, workin, workin. God bless you all gentlemen.❤️
You, your Dad and all of the others who have donated your time and labor are wonderful people. With all of the negative things happening around the world, this is a bright spot and one that gives me hope for humanity. Your work has been top notch and it is nice to know Norman will be dry and warm this winter.
Hey Ben, I happily volunteer myself to help with the cleaning inside the house if this is around London. Amazing work and just incredible how the community united and helped out.
Can't believe how much you have raised for Norman. It's lovely watching how much his home has changed and how different he looks with each time you show the work you are doing
There’s still so much good in this world today. What you have done to help someone who so obviously needed help is selfless and amazing. I am so happy for Norman.
Donated again: first time was for Norman, this time it’s as appreciation for the enormous effort you guys have made. Wise words from my dad: you know where to start - but where will it end (if ever)… But here we are, and Norman must feel really blessed, that you&dad&friends crossed his path!
This is a very nice thing you are doing for this gentleman. Too many people live in a home they love but the house is falling apart around them. All because they can't afford the money for the work that needs to be done. There needs to be more people like you. If everybody helps everybody. We would all be better off
You really made a lot of difference in Norman's life. God bless you more. I wish that someone will also clean and organize the inside of his house. This will complete the transformation and will make him feel better. Kudos to you, Ben, your dad, your uncle and your cousin, and all the wonderful people who contributed to help Norman. May your tribe increase.
Oh my goodness you all have done wonders together. To keep a lovely man warm and water free tight in the winter. What marvellous people you all are. If a lot more people was like you it would be a better world. Thank you for helping this man be safe and less worry for him xxx
Ben you and your crew have not only transformed Norman's house but Norman himself. I have watched every episode and Norman has transformed from a quiet man to a man who wants to contribute to the improvement of his own home' he also has a great sense of humor. Ben you have made the world a better place I am going to follow your example and try to help someone each day even if it is a small gesture.
I'm simply amazed at all the practical jobs you've accomplished with so much hard work and imagination and kindness from so many service companies coming together--and it's great to see Norman smiling and doing his part.
You've gone from strength to strength. Originally just jet washing to garden clean ups to now renovating a house. Epic job and Norman seems very appreciative, a big well done to all involved 🎉
Unbelievable, Ben. I’m speechless for what you did for lovely Norman❤ The entire world is just going upside down and it needs people like you all. Love and greetings from Belgium.
Speechless Ben. From watching you and your dad’s videos early on doing great jet washing jobs. To then doing blessings has been great. But with Norman you have blown me and others away. You and your dad and everyone that has helped Norman are heroes. Truly inspiring watching you go above and beyond helping others. I wish you and your family every success in life mate
This makes my heart so happy that so many people helped with everything. Norman is such a kind man and he appreciates all the support and work that everyone has given him. I wish i lived in your country i would offer my help with cleaning and organizing inside his home. Ben you and your team are such caring and wonderful people i thank you for everything you have done so far. I can't wait for the next episode till then have a wonderful day
Wow, what you have done for Norman is amazing! You're the kindest soul I know. What a transformation so far. And now Norman will be warm and cozy inside his house for the winter. Just incredible!
I have watched every episode from the beginning and what a transformation, not just to the house but to Norman. Ben, dad and all you guys, a huge thank you, its amazing x
Wow! What a wonderful thing you’ve done for Norman. So far above and beyond. Norman is a lucky guy. Thanks to you and all the people who donated! This was so uplifting to see the day after Thanksgiving here in the US. ❤
💕I think Everyone who donated to make Norman watertight deserves a medal💕Bless Norman he deserves everything I love his stable door I believe he’s chuffed to bits💕
Makes me want to go out and help people! You all are inspiring! I think I'll at least go out and donate some things to the local blessing box for those in need. Thank you, Ben and all!
what an amazing group of people you all are, Its good to know there is still a lot of kindness in this world today, You have made such a difference to Norman life, to be safe , warm and knowing that people care about him , must make him feel less lonely, looking forward to seeing it complete
I love seeing Norman coming out of his shell! It’s like he is waking up from a very long sleep. You and your dad have been an important part of this “life” transformation. Thank you so much for seeing deeper than just a lawn and garden cleanup. Prayers for many blessings to you and your family. I love seeing you all working together toward this goal. Loving your boys trimming their tree. They are adorable, and so smart. ❤️❤️❤️
I love that Norman wants to try all the jobs. I believe there has been a huge change in his outlook on life since you and your dad came along. You both have made friends for life and I'm a member of the Norman fan club. You must keep us up to date. 😊
How wonderful to see Norman so alive and eager. He loves all the social contact and hopefully, he can find a social group to engage with. You’ve done a fantastic job.
“I Have Found It Is The Small Things, Everyday Deeds Of Ordinary Folk, That Keeps The Darkness At Bay. Simple Acts Of Kindness And Love.” Gandalf Keep up the good work guys
Ben, you and your dad are what we call "good people". This transformation is absolutely amazing and I'm gobsmacked at the job you took on. Wow, what can anyone really say? (or type). We all know you can't help the world as much as we would all like to do so. But Norman is one very lucky man to have met you. Years ago, some of moms windows were rotted. After I got a job when I was 18, I saved up enough money and bought her new windows for the entire house. They delivered them to my garage and then I installed them one by one over the course of 10 days. Removing that rotting wood shows people the need for maintenance and paint but some have no funds or can't do it and it rots away. Your kids are getting bigger and Arthur is talking, wow. Ohio 39F and at 2pm, it's naptime!
So much of the world is in turmoil and full of hatred. You folks are the antithesis of that. You represent the world we all wish to see, the world of caring, commitment, good humor, joy, giving and receiving. Accompanied by the sweet innocence of those two beautiful children and the love your family shows for each other, you are a beacon of hope in this chaotic world. May you be blessed always! Much love to you. 🩷

All the stain glass should be reused in some art for Norman
Agreed. Such pretty stained glass could surely be reused for something...
To all you men.... Sacrificing your time to help an elderly oupa ~ may Jesus bless you all in abundance. Greetings from South Africa❤
You, your dad and all those that helped you help Norman really deserve the best in life, its amazing to see Norman come out of his shell and even more to see his home get the needed work done.
Love seeing the boys getting ready for Santa 💖
Thank you Emily! Have a great weekend

So happy for Norman, he must be sleeping so much better with that lovely double glazing keeping out the drafts❤🤗
Thank you! He has come along way! just need to speed the process up as the harsh weather is coming!
@@FlawlessCleaningServices I wish I could have donated more. Would B&Q or Wickes donate the render etc?
Its lovely to think there are people all over the country, and in other countries, willing to help Norman.👍
Thanks to everyone involved in this transformation ❤. Norm is going to miss you all when it's all over😮
I hope it’s never over. We love Norman. Let adopt him for life.
I love how hard you’re all working on Norman’s home. He seems so happy. Thank you all. ❤
Norman's moral has had a massive boost. Nice to see him on the tools ❤
WOW!!! You all really NAILED it😊
Hope that someone salvaged these beautiful old stained glass window panels... Congratulations to ALL OF YOU!❤❤❤❤❤
Knowing that he and his partner are going to be warm, dry, and safe this winter must put y’all at ease having been through all this! Norman deserves it all and more!
I respect your gestures for Norman. Hope he had warm winters because of you Ben.
Thank you for the kind comment
Normans eyes are so bright now. He's a new man due to this. You haven't just changed the house, you've changed the man. outstanding!

Love that, I just couldn't sit by and do nothing.. I wanted to try and get Norman watertight. The community behind these videos has blown me out of the water with their generosity

I am 73 year old lady.
I pick up the trash around my neighborhood.
No much ....although it is something.
Love his bones he wanted to be so involved. Ben you and your family have done so much more than just clean up Normans place…you have given him his smile back and a reason to be happy. I have absolutely loved this series. Keep up the incredible work ❤❤❤
It's nice to see things coming together for Norman.
You have done a wonderful job. The world needs more people like you and your dad.
Can you believe it Charlie! So excited to see the end result. Appreciate the kind words as always
Amazing work guys. Norman is going to be so much warmer this winter due to your actions. It was good to see Norman joining in - go Norman!! Thanks to all the people who have contributed to this wonderful transformation, your generosity is clearly appreciated. 😍
It’s so satisfying to see these major improvements to Norman‘s house. Thank you for everything you do Ben and Paul.
When you see the original photos it’s completely shocking! Still have big plans for him!
Lol British men are so precious with their little handsaws. When I watch renovation with the yanks they come up swinging with their sledgehammers! Same result half the time.
But it's lovely you're giving back to the communit your heart's second to none.
Ben, what an amazing transformation everyone involved has done ,and you've got norman water tight for winter
Just the rendering to go Ray! Hopefully add a layer on insulation
You guys are ANGELS!! Now if only had a Billion people like you, this world would be a better place. ♥
I think he needs cleaners to go into his house plus decorators, you guys are just amazing the work your doing for this man says a lot about you soo kind and thoughtful ❤️❤️❤️
Maybe some local cleaners will volunteer to help.
I pray you and your family and associates receive as many blessings as you give others 🙏🙌
Bless all of you who have helped Norman so much.
It is a great thing you have done for Norman. You can just see how it has raised his spirits. A kind act has meant alot.
That says a lot.❤️
The drone caught my eye, I thought it was a big insect!!😳🤣
Shout out to ABBA fans everywhere…your dad’s Dancin’ Queen’ was fabulous!🎶😉 What an amazing bunch of fellas on site, everybody workin, workin, workin.
Hey Ben,
I happily volunteer myself to help with the cleaning inside the house if this is around London. Amazing work and just incredible how the community united and helped out.
Kudos to you for making such a nice offer - maybe a local cleaning service will volunteer some assistance.
Can't believe how much you have raised for Norman. It's lovely watching how much his home has changed and how different he looks with each time you show the work you are doing
There’s still so much good in this world today. What you have done to help someone who so obviously needed help is selfless and amazing. I am so happy for Norman.
I LOVED this episode..bloody brilliant! Thanks to Ben,Paul and all who contributed ❤
Donated again: first time was for Norman, this time it’s as appreciation for the enormous effort you guys have made. Wise words from my dad: you know where to start - but where will it end (if ever)…
But here we are, and Norman must feel really blessed, that you&dad&friends crossed his path!
Norman and his ties are charming. Ben what a gift you are.
Ben you are a diamond. You have given Norman a new quality of life. Well done.
It’s lovely to see Norman change and come out of his shell as you have improved his quality of life for him so much, great work xx
Dear, Ben, Family, Friends & The Companies that donated time & services. YOU ARE AMAZING PEOPLE!!! Thank you for being such kind, great people!!!
Unbelievable amount of work by hard working people with help from people all over the world. Hugs to all who helped.

Towards the good work.
Thank you so much 😊
I love seeing Norman coming out of his shell!

Keep up the good work guys
Sounds like your mom raised a "good son"! I agree, Ben and the guys in this video are good people and Norman is one lucky fella. Hello from SC.
What a wonderful thing you are doing for Norman. I hope more people notice (even in other countries) that sometimes our elders need a helping hand.
What a transformation. Love that Norman is getting to help!!!
