After a judge ruled the city of Phoenix wasn’t doing enough to address homelessness, residents in Tucson filed a similar lawsuit, hoping the courts can force changes
No doubt! Don't stop criminals bringing FENTYANOL across the border!! Half of those homeless are not there due to drugs... One day soon the our piece o crap gov will take your property rights and well...
Every city, town and county across this nation continue to shuffle the homeless rather than actually address the needs of the homeless and enforce the encampments
When I lived in Tucson for 5 years there was numerous times where I would find a homeless man sleeping in my alley way where my HVAC unit was tucked away and would have to tell him to leave. Multiple times I would find stolen bikes or bike parts from the U of A campus in my alleyway and numerous human feces. It's embarrassing to live like that, and I got out of there.
If they kept the area clean then people probably wouldn't complain as much. I can't comprehend how people can pitch a tent in the city and just trash the entire area. Pure ridiculousness!
Israel and Ukraine need that money right now more than we do. the democrats are already working on the next aid package and fully expect it to pass unanimously
Wife wanted to get out of Colorado and transfer to Phoenix. I said hell no. We found a Texas town in middle of nowhere. We definitely made right decision.
"roof above my head, some money in my pocket, some food." Bruh we all want that and we all have to work for it, but most of these homeless gave up in life.
"I hate change, they wanted to change me." No, they asked you to get off drugs so you'd be eligible for public services instead of sucking up tax dollars like a vampire. As someone who has lived in Tucson my whole life (and got sober years ago so I could actually participate in society), I say the bums need to clean up or GTFO!

Residents don't want the homeless problem solved. They want homeless people off of the streets so they don't have to be bothered by them. That is what they are suing about.
Have the same on Hatcher Rd now another business has us showing up tomorrow for a refining hearing this business wants another smoke/ liquor store. So far we have them every two blocks this guy wants more! These type of businesses feed off the addicts.
But now with the surge with the migrants okay there going to be wind up homeless to so what's happened to the original homeless that are already there on the streets and now we have the surge of life is coming and they're turning them out on the street I went back to visit my home town to sign a couple months ago and I am shocked how is turned out I've been gone for almost two years I thought about returning home but p
Arizona is turning into a dump tbh
It already is a DUMP
Sadly…..I agree 😞😞
Its always been a dump sorry
$220,000 eagerly dumped into a lawsuit instead of towards actually solving the problem. Says it all really....

I assure you I have traveled the USA the past 2 years and it is complete insanity how many homeless people there are today compared to 50 years ago.
Can I join the lawsuit. My children have been threatened by these people. Romeo and Grijalva need to go.
Tucson is an artist town without any artists

Where compassion and greed clash.

Its called demonic possession.
It's called low cost housing like Houston has done. Quit funding wars and instead fund low cost housing

God forbid this please
Tucson has homeless resources. You have to be SOBER to use them
alcohol is not illegal, and neither are alcoholics. those who voted in favor of repealing the 18th amendment reap what they sow
"roof above my head, some money in my pocket, some food."

How do YOU know that? Are YOU an expert on homelessness?
@@bs4real You need to wake up
@@bs4realare u? Seems u don’t know what the heck u talking about either so….
alot of people have alot of money and housing they dont work for.grow up kid.
A very typical response. The idea that people are homeless because they are lazy is the last of the possibilities.
If I didn’t embrace change I would have probably faced homelessness, people need to change that mindset for what’s coming especially with AI.
"I hate change, they wanted to change me."

No it's not over yet it's just beginning...
Build Tiny Homes Communities. Help the homeless.
Homelessness doesn't cause crime drugs do
It can if the homeless become desperate.
Who is using the drugs?

Buy property and rent it out to these ppl and you'll slowly start to understand
Sounds like a lot of NIMBY to me
Its an addiction problem not a homeless problem!
The Zone is a really in tents area

wow did not know Tucson was this bad
Yelp I live here
Is they got rid of homelessness, they wouldn't have a job
😂 That's luanne's husband from king of the hill
They should all go live on the mayor's property
Drugs also cause homelessness
Lock them in mental facilities far, far away.
Good
The homeless should file a lawsuit against the city for misappropriation of funds specifically for the homeless.
Contribute nothing and expect everything! Enjoy the Tweakier show down Speedway everyday!
America needs more monasteries.
All of these homeless people could become monks or nuns.
Or meat processing plants. I think the time has come to feed the homeless to the hungry and solve both problems.
Erika is alright looking =)
Yikes 🤮 sorry boss u thirsty bud
