Glad that you addressed your problem with anxiety,I’ve been facing the same problem lately of being anxious at nights and not getting enough sleep, which further postpones my other chores that i have to do, it can really be exhausting to live in that loop, pls help me fix my sleeping pattern and tips to not stay anxious most of the time❤️ also i love watching your vlogs and the way you express each and everything when you talk to your audience, love that, hope you have a good day❤️

I know I may not begin to understand what you’re feeling exactly but as I’ve been through a similar time I can imagine the extent of it. Please believe that you are going to get better cause you WILL and only you can help that. But having said that, don’t rush yourself and don’t be too hard on yourself for feeling this way because I think anxiety is our body’s way of telling us that we need to slow down and really take care of ourselves 💖
