Hidden palace zone and wood zone are unused zones from prototypes of the game, hidden palace is mostly deleted, wood zone is more of emerald hill leftover garbage
@@Mariomayhem If you're wondering, the reason the zone was called Genocide City was because of the language barrier. The Japanese developers thought genocide was a cool sounding word so they decided to name the zone that, but it never actually had anything to do with Genocide. It was renamed to Cyber City Zone before it was cut from the game. Also Hidden Palace is a completely different cut zone separate from Genocide/Cyber city. That's a well known bug in Rev 1 release of Sonic 2. They patched that glitch in the later Rev 2 release (which is included on the Sonic Classics cart and rereleased iirc).

For the only 1 ring for super code in emerald hill act 2 when i try to turn super it immediately goes back to normal and i get stuck in the air
