Anybody else like to rig a bead between the hook and weight on a Texas Rig? It can be helpful when water clarity isn't great. Kind of a Texas/Carolina hybrid sort if thing.

This may or may not have been discussed already, and I feel embarrassed for even asking it. But can you show the basics of how to rig a soft plastic weedless? For some reason I just can't get the damn worm to stay straight and even. I have ruined many a plastic trying to get it. It's so frustrating
