    These videos are very affirming to me as a beginner and I appreciate it.
    I just started printing 2 days ago and my biggest and best print so far is an Ornament of the mandalorian helmet
    (fits in the palm of my hand🤣),
    but I'm soon going to print some larger things like a lightsaber or a Darth Nihlius mask and eventually a full mando cosplay.
    Also I love your mindset and how you tell it how it is without being overly negative or complaining but also not acting like its all wonderful, and perfect

      Plenty of people that would take commissions to print, you'd need to pay for the file though. And most like myself, won't print and sand for you, you just get a raw print.

    Wukong character *full suit build*
    Along with other frames and some weapon designs
    At first I thought ur channel was another one that doesn't read comments or actually help with in detail tutorials but when u replied to my comment it made me actually look more at ur channel and videos and I'm so glad I did and I just wanna say thanks for replying to me the first time and I've since watched over 40 of ur videos and I'm so happy that I did because I'm learning so much and u are an amazing content creator!

    Finally doing a Red Hood cosplay for the local con here. Is gonna be more fan art I guess but I wanted to do a take on the arkham knight DLC one but with the rebirth helmet. Oh and 3d prints of the punisher 2004 pistols.....gonna hate having to make the ends orange but it is what it is. Will be cool to see if anyone knows what they're from though!

    You should honestly do a armored green lantern build or do a whole Mandalorian set of armor if you didn’t already have it in the works. Also Savitar the god of speed has his helmet on DO3D’s website

    Have you tried printing it upside down? That way there's a wider area attached to the printer bed, I feel like it could tip over at some point

    Hello, new to the channel and have been loving it. I want to get a cr10s now and have some fun. Question - What are your thoughts on acetone smoothing. I have seen people but 3d prints in a plastic tote with a little bit of acetone or something similar and the fumes smooth or melt the plastic on the 3d print. Would it save some sanding or even work on the helmets? Thank you

      Acetone smoothing only works on ABS sadly

      No idea it’s a general Rustoleum paint. If you can’t find it it probably means it’s not a normally available item in your country. Test some others out

    what print speed did you print this ? mine at the same angle is cumming out at 1 day 23 hour with top supports deleted as your is , mine at 60 mmps

      You need to learn and play with the settings in your own. I have videos for my settings it’s all a learning process

    Hey I've printed this same helmet, and the back piece twice now, for some reason it doesn't fit the front properly. I've already put a lot of work sanding and priming the front so I don't want to repaint, but did this happen to you? I'm gonna try warming it and molding with my heat gun

    I know this is unrelated but I use a 3d pen to weld my prints together it uses the same filament as the printer

      3d pens are only really good for small gap filling and surface welding. if you want actual strong connections they dont provide any penetration. food for thought!

    what is your speed and fan speed? sorry for all the questions i am just having so many problems lol. I bought the bl touch recently and in its receded state it sits about 1/4 inch to 1/2 above the nozzle. in the video i watched the guy mentioned it needs to line up but didnt show how. I really dont want to return this printer so any and all help is appreciated from anyone who reads this. i will post the video i referenced below
