Christchurch City Pre Earthquake CBD Drive

A drive from 151 Kilmore St to Cnr or Selwyn & Moorehouse Feb 2009
I was testing the images on a GoPro so I mounted it to my 4WD and went for a drive. The building I started at is now gone along with a number of other buildings on this route.
Remember how Christchurch once was. Its easy to forget which building was where.......

I was born and raised in chch. I jumped on TH-cam tonight to see some videos of my old home town and all I could find was about the mosque shooting and the earthquake. Only negative stuff, we should be celebrating and selling the positives about that great city.

So sad and terrible that in just a few seconds buildings can be destroyed . What a beautiful city and sad that the cathedral was destroyed and those people died .
