Is this an "Ice cold in Alex" type of lorry?, What mpg do you expect? It looks a lovely job well done

It certainly looks like the same type of lorry in the film.
Just googled it yes it's a Austin K2 ambulance possibly some military changes were made.
It's got a 3.5 litre straight six petrol engine would expect to get around 15 mpg but will no better when it's been on a longer run.
