Sripriya Balakrishnan : when u roll out cheedai, do not press too hard. Rollout thr dough in a length, pinch out a small portion. Use the first three fingers and thumb, roll in balls shape. Here u should not press to make a perfect ball shape. Sieve the rice flour before preparation of batter.

Keep the flame of the stove, just above medium while frying the seedai. So that the inner most also gets fried.
