Incline Press 4 sets x 8 reps x 150kgs

    First week of my Strength Endurance plan thanks to James Dries from AKT Performance.
    This week we were aiming for around 8-12 reps across various movements and around 69% of 1RM
    This weeks Barbell movement was for 150kgs across 4 sets of 8 reps for a total of 32 reps @ 150kgs
    This felt pretty good and the weight was moving up pretty easily next week its heading up towards 73% of 1RM
    Here are the 32 reps back to back across the 4 sets
