I've never really been into cycling but your voice over discussing strategy is exceedingly interesting and has really peaked my curiosity when it comes to cycling thinking about buying a road bike now. Thank you very much.

Seán If you’re looking to get into crit racing/road racing like Jeff does, I’d recommend a specialized allez sprint. They’re not super expensive and a nice intro bike. I’ve had mine for two years now and love it so much.

42* but he did say it was a tailwind, not sure how strong but 40 mph is quite achievable with tailwind (edit: his power meter said 1200 watts so yes the wind increased the speed for everyone)

Just wanted to say that I am a big fan of the overlays. It is cool to see how much power you are putting down at any given time, and they offer a very clean look. Also, I am just getting into cycling and the amount of thinking and strategy that goes into racing is amazing. Thanks for the great videos and commentary!

I learnt that being proactive (Chris' TT launch and leading the final leg of the race) provides us the ability to respond after your opponent have launched their attack. It's also the First habit of highly effective people ;)

Chain_Ring MTB Normally if there’s a big crash or some other issue that would impact the racing. They neutralize the race, allow the guys to catch up or they clear the road if there’s some other issue and then they restore the breakaway’s gap and racing continues as normal
